Purpose:In order to find a more effective training method for the lower extremity explosive force training in the future,we should choose a more targeted training method by comparing the difference between the deep squat eccentric strength training and the deep squat traditional barbell training in explosive force training effect.Methods:Twenty technical students from Beijing University of physical education were randomly divided into two groups: the eccentric squatting group and the traditional squatting group.The load of the eccentric group and the traditional group was 6rm(85% 1RM),while the load of the traditional group was still 6rm,and the load of the eccentric group was 140% 6rm.Each group was divided into five groups six times a time,with an interval of 3-5 minutes,and trained twice a week for six weeks.Before and after the experiment,the evaluation indexes(squat jump CMJ,standing long jump,deep jump and the maximum strength of the lower limbs)of the subjects were collected,and the data were analyzed by mathematical statistics.Result:(1)There was no significant difference between the traditional group and the eccentric group(P > 0.05).(2)The vertical jump height of eccentric group was significantly increased(P<0.01),while that of traditional group was significantly increased(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).(3)In the eccentric group,there was a significant improvement(P < 0.05)when the platform height was 60 cm,and a very significant improvement(P < 0.01)when the platform height was 75 cm and 90 cm.In the traditional group,there was no significant improvement(P > 0.05)when the platform height was 75 cm,and there was a significant difference(P > 0.05)between the two groups.(4)The results of standing long jump in the eccentric group were significantly improved(P < 0.01),but not in the traditional group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference between the eccentric group and the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Compared with the traditional squat training,the eccentric squat training has a better effect in improving the explosive force of the lower limbs,which shows that the maximum squat strength,the original squat jump,the deep jump and the standing long jump of the eccentric squat group are better than the traditional squat group after the training intervention. |
