Research Objective: Strength quality sports is one of the basic comprehensive physical qualities that all sports athletes should possess.It is the basis of the development of competitive sports in our country.At present,most of the traditional training methods are used in physical training.Although traditional training can improve athletes’ training performance to a certain extent,there are some shortcomings such as long training period,single method structure,easy sports injury in heavy load training,and some deficiencies in arousing athletes’ enthusiasm,As a novel and variable training method,chain training load changes with the movement of the body to a certain extent,reducing the existence of exercise risk.In the process of training,the chain wobble brings many unstable factors to the body.Based on this,through the traditional training and chain training of the students of Xi’an Institute of physical Education,this paper studies and analyzes which training can effectively improve the maximum strength and explosive power of the lower limbs of the trainers at the same time and load.Research object and method :14 members of Xi’an Institute of Physical Education,According to the basic information(height,weight,age,training years,1 RM,Chain squat group and pyramid squat group 7 people each,Three times a week,A total of 10 weeks of training.The indexes of 1 RM(kg),s time,cm height,standing long jump(cm),knee joint60/ s and 240/ s isokinetic muscle force were compared and analyzed by literature,experiment,test and mathematical statistics.Findings:1.After 10 weeks of training,the chain training group and the pyramid training group have obvious effects on the improvement of the maximum strength and explosive force of the lower extremities.2.Compared with pre-training,the 10-week chain training team gained 1RM(kg),vertical jump s time,cm jump,cm,knee 60 / s and 240 / s significantly(P <0.01).3.Compared with the pyramid group,the chain training group after the 10 weeks was1RM(kg),longitudinal jump air time(s),longitudinal jump air height(cm),standing long jump(cm),knee 60 / s and 240 / s(P> 0.05).Conclusions:1.Chain training group and pyramid training group have obvious effect in improving maximum strength and explosive force.But from the whole training point of view,the training effect of chain training group is higher than that of pyramid training group.2.Both the chain training group and the pyramid training group showed significant improvement in the test results of the maximum muscle strength index of 60/ s in sitting position,but the pyramid group was slightly higher than the chain group in the increase of single joint muscle strength.3.Both groups of training can improve the explosive power of lower limbs,but the overall training effect of chain group is higher than that of pyramid group.
