| Labor education is the key to implement the policy of "simultaneous development of five educations",and it is an important person to promote the all-round development of students.With the continuous introduction of relevant policies,labor education is increasingly valued by people.However,the implementation of labor education is not optimistic,labor education has been weakened and marginalized,and even replaced by other disciplines.It faces various problems,which seriously hinder the implementation and value of labor education.This study takes primary school as an example,and adopts literature,interview,questionnaire and other research methods.First,understand the current situation of the implementation path of labor education in the school,and then find out the problems in the implementation process,so as to improve the relevant implementation path,and provide feasible suggestions and assistance for the implementation of labor education.Through the investigation,we learned the current situation of labor education in the primary school.The manifestations of labor education in the primary school are mainly reflected in the standardization of school labor education,the simplification of family labor education and the lack of social labor education.The main problems in the development of labor education in the primary school are the low status of school labor education,the lack of attention to family labor education and the serious lack of social labor education.The main reasons for the above problems are the one-sided understanding of labor education,the single form of labor education,the lack of relevant guarantee of labor education and the imperfect evaluation system of labor education.Based on the above investigation and analysis,and drawing on the effective practices of other schools and experts,this paper puts forward the following suggestions to promote the effective implementation of primary school labor education.First,transform the concept of primary school labor education;Second,improve the curriculum system of labor education;Third,strengthen the joint forces among schools,families and society;Fourth,optimize the evaluation of primary school labor education. |
