In April 2022,the Ministry of Education issued the " Compulsory Education Morality and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)"(hereinafter referred to as the "New Curriculum Standards "),which updated the curriculum objectives,emphasizing that students should perceive the happiness and sense of achievement brought by labor,experience the value of labor to individuals and society,and form a sense of honest labor and labor to create a better life.In the new era,labor consciousness is not only the basic point for Chinese students to develop core literacy,but also the specific requirements of the new curriculum standard for students.In the critical period of the formation of middle school students’ values,based on the main position of junior high school " Morality and Rule of Law " course,we should adhere to the integration of moral education and labor education,actively guide students to establish correct labor concepts in subject teaching,enhance their feelings for working people,serve the country,contribute to the society,and save for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on this,this paper focuses on the cultivation of labor consciousness of students in the " Morality and Rule of Law " course in junior high school.The text is divided into four parts :The first part is an overview of the relevant content of the cultivation of students’ labor consciousness in the junior middle school " Morality and Rule of Law " course.It clarifies the related concepts of labor consciousness,and clarifies the four aspects of the cultivation of labor consciousness of junior high school students,namely,labor concept,labor emotion,labor will and labor habit.This paper expounds the significance of cultivating students’ labor consciousness in the course of " Morality and Rule of Law " in junior high school,including being conducive to the implementation of the core literacy of the subject,being conducive to giving full play to the value guidance of the course,and being conducive to enhancing students’ ideological cohesion.The second part combs in detail the content and presentation mode of labor consciousness cultivation in the textbook of " Morality and Rule of Law " in junior high school.It summarizes the text content and column of labor consciousness cultivation in the textbook from four aspects : labor concept,labor emotion,labor will and labor habit.It summarizes the creation of scenarios with the integration of pictures and texts,the supplementary interpretation of case stories,and the exploration of the presentation mode characterized by questioning and expanding ideas,so as to provide reference for teachers to clarify the specific content of labor consciousness cultivation and choose appropriate teaching methods.The third part investigates the current situation of the cultivation of students’ labor consciousness in the course of " Morality and Rule of Law " in junior high school through the combination of student questionnaires and teacher interviews.It is found that there is a vague content of labor consciousness cultivation in practical teaching;the method of cultivating labor consciousness is single;labor practice experience is relatively scarce;problems such as weak effectiveness of labor consciousness cultivation.Through the analysis of the survey data,it is concluded that some teachers ’ labor consciousness literacy needs to be improved,the resources of labor consciousness cultivation are insufficient,and the evaluation mechanism of labor consciousness cultivation needs to be improved.To a certain extent,it reflects the reasons for the problems in the cultivation of students’ labor consciousness in the " Morality and Rule of Law " course of junior high school.The fourth part is based on the problems found in the investigation,from the perspective of practical teaching,to explore the specific measures to cultivate the labor consciousness of junior high school students in the " Morality and Rule of Law " course.First of all,improve teachers ’ labor quality,update the concept of labor education in time,enhance the concept of labor consciousness cultivation,deeply study the new teaching materials of " Morality and Rule of Law ",and form a labor consciousness cultivation system.Secondly,enrich the content of labor consciousness cultivation,integrate the content of teaching materials,make full use of life-oriented teaching resources,and be good at linking current political hot resources.Thirdly,we should optimize the teaching methods of cultivating labor consciousness,strengthen the concept of labor with topic-based teaching,stimulate labor emotion with case-based teaching,temper labor will with life-based teaching,and organize practical activities to cultivate labor habits.Finally,improve the teaching evaluation mechanism of labor consciousness cultivation,innovate curriculum assignments,construct labor-based learning tasks,diversify evaluation subjects,give play to the incentive function of evaluation,diversify evaluation methods,and pay attention to students’ labor literacy evaluation. |
