| The change from "legal education" to "legal education" is a profound change involving all levels of society and all stages of legal education.Involving the moral education curriculum in the junior middle school stage,the first embodiment is that the name of the curriculum is changed from "Ideological and moral" to "morality and rule of law",and the change of the name is only the vector of the reform of the legal education system and method in junior middle school.The scope of this paper is to cultivate the awareness of the rule of law in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school,to refine the education of the rule of law in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school,to deepen the classroom teaching of the moral and rule of law course,and to put forward corresponding measures for some problems found.On the basis of defining the concepts of awareness of rule of law,cultivation of awareness of rule of law and cultivation of awareness of rule of law in junior high school,this paper finds out the good trend of cultivation of awareness of rule of law in junior high school,including teachers’ enough attention to cultivation of awareness of rule of law,students’ positive attitude towards cultivation of awareness of rule of law and various forms of cultivation of legal consciousness.At the same time,the investigation also found that in the classroom teaching,there are some problems,such as the separation of the cultivation of legal consciousness and knowledge teaching,the lack of guidance for students’ legal consciousness when using case teaching,the lack of evaluation and incentive means for cultivation of legal consciousness in the cultivation process,and the lack of legal preparation for some teachers and students.The main reasons are as follows: teachers do not correctly understand the relationship between the knowledge of rule of law and the consciousness of rule of law,teachers use the cases of rule of law too utilitarian,the long-term and implicit cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law,and the contradiction between the complexity of legal content and the stage of physical and mental growth of junior middle school students.Based on the analysis of these problems and their causes,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law.First,we should enhance the cultivation concept of the awareness of the rule of law of teachers,including integrating knowledge teaching and awareness cultivation into the whole process of classroom teaching,strengthening the subject position of the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law of students and taking the gradually expanding life of junior high school students as the background.Second,we should optimize the cultivation content of the awareness of the rule of law,including taking moral education as the basis for the extension and refinement of legal education,supporting the cultivation of legal consciousness with rational spirit and straightening out the cultivation level of legal consciousness according to teaching materials;.Finally,it is necessary to improve the cultivation mode of legal consciousness,including the end point of case application with students’ reality,proper use of students’ learning utilitarianism and emphasis on the guiding function of classroom teaching for extracurricular activities. |
