| With the continuous development of the modernization and the gradual improvement of the construction of the rule of law in our country,the state and society pay more and more attention to the cultivation of teenagers' legal literacy.In 2016,the Ministry of Education,the Ministry of Justice and National Law office jointly issued the Outline of Teenagers' Rule of Law Education,which clearly stated that teenagers are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation,Strengthening their rule of law education is the basic project of comprehensively governing the country according to law and speeding up the construction of a socialist rule of law country,we shall integrate the rule of law education into all stages of school education,and comprehensively promote teenagers to learn and abide by the law and respect the law Protect the Dharma by using Dharma.At present,the school has become the main position for the cultivation of teenagers' legal literacy.In junior high school,the course of "Morality and Rule of Law"undertakes the important responsibility of cultivating junior high school students' legal literacy.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,classroom observation and other research methods,this paper studies the cultivation of rule of law literacy in junior high school moral and rule of law.My paper means to understand the problems of the course in the cultivation of the rule of law literacy of the junior high school in Baohe District Hefei City more specifically,and put forward operational solutions to the problems,so as to promote the students' rule of law literacy,and achieve the goal of comprehensive rule of law education.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,methods and related research at home and abroad.The second part introduces the basic situation of cultivating the consciousness of rule of law and demonstrates its necessity.I define three main concepts:Rule of law,consciousness of rule of law and cultivation of consciousness of rule of law.At the same time,from the three aspects of the objective requirements of building a socialist country ruled by law,the necessary means to promote the stability of the social order ruled by law,and the important ways to cultivate students' individual core literacy,this paper expounds the necessity of cultivating the awareness of the rule of law in the course of moral and rule of law in junior high school.The third part describes the main problems and reasons existing in the current junior high school moral and rule of law class from the results of questionnaire and classroom observation.In the forth part,according to the problems analyzed above,I put forward some optimization strategies from two aspects of teachers and students.In the aspect of teachers,four optimization strategies are put forward:carrying out teacher training,strengthening teachers' learning awareness,setting teaching objectives accurately and comprehensively,and improving the ability of using teaching methods.Considering the specific application of teaching methods,I select teaching method,case method and practice method from three angles:deepening students' legal cognition level,improving students' ability to participate in life,and sublimating students' emotional experience of rule of law,and gives specific examples for the specific implementation process of the three methods,so as to improve teachers' ability to use the corresponding methods.In the aspect of students,I put forward three optimization strategies:expanding the knowledge area,enhancing the access to knowledge;improving the action force,actively using what we have learned;capturing the interest points,efectively changing the learning mode. |
