In recent years,mental health problem was a social problem facing our country.From adults,professional groups to students,showed a "younger age" trend.More and more adolescents appear mental health problems,adolescent mental health problems became more and more prominent,triggered social and academic attention and discussion,strengthened adolescent mental health education has become the current consensus of the whole society.The factors that induced adolescent mental health problems are multiple,family,school and society all affected the psychological state of students,and the school bore the responsibility of educating people,so the role of school mental health education and management was more and more obvious.The overall situation of mental health education and management in county primary and middle schools in central China was good,and the mental health education and management in urban primary and middle schools was better than that in township and rural primary and middle schools.Through the investigation found that most of the primary and secondary school mental health education work did not play its real role,just coped with the examination;There was uneven development in counties.In order to deeply analyze the reasons behind the phenomenon and find the countermeasures to solve the problem,this study investigated the most representative full-time and part-time teachers of mental health education in primary and secondary schools in H County,and conducted a questionnaire survey on the organization and management,guaranteed conditions,education implementation and education effects of mental health education in primary and secondary schools.At the same time,the survey results of urban schools,township schools and rural schools were analyzed.The investigation found that there were the following deficiencies in the mental health education and management of primary and secondary schools in H County:(1)Unbalanced development between urban and rural areas;(2)Insufficient hardware and funds;(3)Classroom teaching and publicity education need to be strengthened;(4)Insufficient psychological counseling and subject research.The reasons were as follows:(1)Lacked of overall arrangement in the county;(2)Insufficient understood of mental health education in schools;(3)Insufficient three-party linkage between home,school and community;(4)Insufficient supervision of mental health education evaluation.In view of the above problems and reasons,this study put forward some management countermeasures and suggestions.Strengthened source management:(1)Enhanced curriculum construction ability;(2)Cultivated positive psychological quality;(3)Strengthened the synergy of home,school and community education.Detailed process management:(1)To do a good job in mental health evaluation;(2)Improved the quality of psychological counseling services.Deepen results management:(1)Established cooperation with professional organizations;(2)Improved the ability to respond to emergencies.Consolidated support management:(1)Strengthened the construction of teaching staff;(2)Delimited the site and guaranteed the funds.
