Research On The Management Of Mental Health Education In Rural Primary Schools

In this era of gap between urban and rural areas,the management of mental health education in rural primary schools is particularly important.It can not only affect the quality of mental health education in rural primary schools,but also affect the physical and mental health development of rural primary school students.To solve this problem,it is necessary to study the management of mental health education in rural primary schools,especially the case study.This study combs the related concepts,theory and practice,and determines the management of mental health education in Fengxin County "s" primary school in Yichun City as the research object.Using the relevant theoretical knowledge of education management,combined with the mode and content of the school’s mental health education management,using the methods of interview,investigation and literature,through the interviews with school leaders,teachers,students and guardians,as well as the investigation of the school’s hardware facilities and students’ living environment and the relevant literature review,this paper analyzes the "s" primary school in Fengxin County,Yichun city This paper studies the management of mental health education in college students.First of all,through the specific observation of the mental health education and management of "s" primary school in Fengxin County of Yichun City,this study understands the relevant policy support,work system construction and the construction and management of psychological counseling room of the school.Secondly,this study analyzes the problems and reasons in the management of mental health education in the case school,and finds that the school lacks in education concept,leadership,publicity,management system,teaching staff and quality evaluation.Finally,through the analysis and collation of the actual problems of the case school,this paper puts forward the opinions and suggestions on improving the mental health education management of the case school,hoping to provide the localization research for the mental health education management of the primary school in rural areas similar to the case school,and provide the practical basis for improving the mental health education management of the school.
