A Study Into The Management Of Mental Health Of Postgraduates Majoring In Primary Education

Based on the domestic reality,this paper discusses the mental health status of primary school education graduate students under the current background,and analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the mental health management of the research object.Then,the targeted solutions are proposed.In the research,the school library,HowNet,Wanfang and Google academic are taken as platforms,and the keywords of "mental health management","Graduate Mental Health Management" and "primary education graduate mental health" are used to search,read and collate the literature;meanwhile,the survey of"mental health management status" is compiled by taking the graduate students of five primary education majors in a province as the objects In order to provide first-hand information for follow-up research,280 graduate students were randomly selected to participate in the survey.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of mental health management of primary education graduate students,combined with the questionnaire survey and work experience,and under the comprehensive guidance of pedagogy,psychology and other disciplines,discusses the problems and reasons of mental health management of the above groups.Then,aiming at the existing defects,the improvement scheme with practical application value is put forward.The research shows that,first of all,to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students requires mental health management,to enhance the market competitiveness of graduate students requires mental health management,and to avoid or reduce the occurrence of unfortunate events in graduate education requires mental health management.Secondly,there are three main reasons for the problems in the mental health management of primary school education graduate students,namely,the impact and pressure from the society,the lack of mental health education of college graduate students,and the lack of self-education of graduate students’ mental health.Thirdly,to improve the mental health management level of primary education postgraduates,we need to intervene from three levels,namely,the individual level intervention of primary education postgraduates,including changing cognition,enhancing confidence in the future of primary education,strengthening the management of personal emotion and interpersonal relationship of primary education postgraduates,strengthening the self-education of primary education postgraduates,and strengthening the self-education of primary education postgraduates The family and social level intervention of primary education postgraduates includes reasonable expectation of the "future" of primary education postgraduates,strengthening the management of individual emotions and interpersonal communication of primary education postgraduates,social level intervention of mental health of primary education postgraduates,and university level intervention of primary education postgraduates,including opening primary education Postgraduates’ Psychology It is necessary to establish a high-quality teacher team for mental health education of primary education postgraduates,establish an early warning mechanism for mental health management of primary education postgraduates,organically combine ideological and political education with career planning education in Colleges and universities,give full play to the role of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities,and make full use of new media to improve the psychological health of primary education postgraduates The effectiveness of health management.
