| In recent years, senior high school students’mental health become the hot topic of families,schools and society and mental health education is becoming the trend of the education. However, the distribution of our country’s mental health education resources is not balanced. Backward area in our country, especially in poor northwest the understanding and attention of mental health education far behind other developed areas. In northwest impoverished mountainous area, the investment,education resource allocation,policy guidance and the result of the specific implementation about mental health education lags far behind other developed areas. Developed regions are paying more and more attention to students’psychological problems, and provide professional mental health class and individual counseling. The teacher’s professional level is higher and higher.However,it is Not only pay more attention to and improve mental health education condition but also teacher losing more and more serious in some place of northwest.This paper mainly discusses the senior high school student’s mental health education actual situation about Huining county of Gansu province in northwest region. We collect a large number of literature data relating to the mental health education, combine with the local education background and work experience,using the method of literature review, interview method and the analysis of the questionnaire survey to explore the senior high school mental health education present situation as well as the mental health status of the high school students of this area. To discuss how to carry out activities better about high school mental health education,we make the following three research:Investigation one:through the questionnaire survey of teachers and students, analysis the current situation of high school mental health education, including faculty, hardware equipment, the curriculum, activities and effect, and so on. The results showed that the mental health status of the high school students is not optimistic,t the effect of some schools is good.Investigation two:this paper use "the middle school students’psychological health inventory " questionnaire carrying out tests, survey the mental health status of senior high school students in huining. To understand the mental health status of senior high school students and the main psychological problems. Then according to the region’s education background and experience of work in high school teaching psychological, use self-made questionnaire, survey the main causes of psychological problems of senior high school students in the investigation. The results show that:the mental health status of senior high school students is not optimistic, the main psychological problems is learning stress and emotional imbalance.And poverty and excessive attention to test scores is the main cause of psychological problems.Finally,the author draw the conclusion, this area has to carry out mental health education. And has high school students’ psychological problems, if we can actively develop the school psychological health education work in the area of teaching idea relatively backward,can greatly promote the local teaching. |
