In recent years,the country has paid attention to the mental health educational work,released various policies,indicating directions,laying out tasks and specifying requirements.Although private colleges have set up counseling centers,equipped with professional staff and organized related educational activities,the educational outcomes are not ideal.From a perspective called “Three Complete Education”,problems are existed in the management system of mental health educations in case colleges,including neither fully mobilizing the power of families,colleges and societies to educate students nor does it carry out mental health education throughout the whole process,nor does it positively expand the carrier of psychological education to realize all-round education.As a result,it is necessary to study the path to optimize the mental health education management system to improve the effectiveness of psychological educations.This study compares the research results of mental health education in colleges in China and abroad.On the basis of clarifying core concepts,it establishes a research idea of “researching status quo—evaluating existing management system—proposing optimization plans” and takes Qingdao H school as a research object to conduct this research in depth.After the students’ questionnaires,teachers’ interviews and text analysis,we found that the management system of mental health education in Qingdao H School has following shortcomings: first,it lacks the top-level design of mental education,unclear educational objectives,non-deep contents,non-wide ways and insufficient system construction;second,the organizational structure of mental health education is not good for collaborative education;third,the decision-making deployment of mental health education is lacking science;fourth,the decision making of mental health education is not strong enough;fifth,the supervision of mental health education is not strong enough;sixth,the evaluation mechanism of mental health education is not comprehensive.To address these problems,this paper proposes a plan to optimize the management system of mental health education based on the results of psychological education in the case school,strengthen the top-level design,adjust the organizational structure,optimize the organizational process and complete the change under the impetus of leaders to form a virtuous management cycle.The methods to strengthen the top-level design of mental health education include: insisting on improving teaching quality;adjusting the objectives of mental health education by stratification and classification;strengthening textbook research to deepen the content of mental health education;building diversified educational carriers and enriching extracurricular activities etc.Measures to adjust the organizational structure of mental health education include: forming a psychological education team and clarifying its responsibilities and rights,improving the quality of the psychological education team and building a psychological education management system suitable for the characteristics of the school.Measures to optimize the organizational process of mental health education include: establishing a scientific and democratic decision-making mechanism of mental health education;constructing a standardized and orderly implementation mechanism of mental health education;forming an effective and balanced monitoring mechanism of mental health education;and establishing a diversified and scientific evaluation mechanism of mental health education.
