The United States,Japan,Germany and other developed countries have a long history in the development of mental health education for primary and secondary school students,and a standardized and standardized system has been formed.However,mental health education in my country started relatively late,although the development speed,But the current imbalance is still relatively obvious.The level of mental health education in developed urban areas is relatively high,but the level of mental health education in remote and backward areas is low,and the gap is large.The relatively backward development of economy and culture in rural areas,coupled with the increase of "removed sites and merged schools" boarding schools,makes the mental health of boarding pupils in rural areas a special concern.Driven by our country’s poverty alleviation policy,most of the current rural boarding primary schools’ hardware facilities have been guaranteed,which has also laid a solid foundation for the development of mental health education.However,the mental health education of boarding primary schools in rural areas of my country has not yet formed a complete management system to ensure its operation and implementation.The actual mental health education process tends to be formalized.To effectively improve this situation,it is necessary to solve the problem from the root cause and explore the path of institutionalized construction and countermeasures.This article takes Luoping County,Qujing City as a case study,and obtains research information through literature research,questionnaires,interviews,and observations,and discusses the current necessity and existing management problems of the institutionalization of boarding primary schools in rural areas of Luoping County.The institutional perspective provides suggestions for mental health education in rural boarding primary schools.Whether it is based on the basic principles of the policy or the actual data obtained from the survey,it is very necessary and urgent to carry out practical mental health education for the rural boarding primary school students in Luoping County.At present,in the management of mental health education,teachers,funds,There are problems in the development of courses,and the root of these problems is the late start of the institutionalization of mental health education in our country,the lack of institutionalized supply and insufficient attention,and the lack of a perfect institutionalized working mechanism.According to the current situation and the analysis of institutionalized dilemmas,Each link of guarantee,incentive,and supervision puts forward institutionalized suggestions separately.The guarantee mechanism includes the establishment of funds,improvement of teachers,clarification of specific development planning directions,and establishment of communication platforms;in terms of incentive mechanism,the standardization of mental health education teachers’ teaching evaluation indicators is proposed,and mental health education elements are added to various teacher meetings and trainings.;Supervision mechanism,including the establishment of special mental health level files,strengthening the intensity of supervision and so on.
