Abstract/Summary:
This paper starts from the background of building a strong sporting nation and promoting the integration of sports and education,takes the development of hockey as the starting point,combines with the goal of building a strong sporting province in Jiangsu Province,and builds an evaluation system based on the mature and complete CIPP evaluation model,which is highly adaptable,to facilitate the development of school hockey schools in Jiangsu Province.The evaluation system is used to identify problems in the development of school lacrosse schools in Jiangsu Province and to propose countermeasures for the development of school lacrosse schools in Jiangsu Province,so as to better nurture reserve talents and promote the integration of sports and education,and to promote the construction of a strong sports province and a strong sports country.This paper focuses on the evaluation system of school hockey schools in Jiangsu Province,using the CIPP evaluation model as the theoretical basis and referring to the management methods,assessment methods,criteria and scoring rules of national and Jiangsu Province on schools with traditional sports programs,profoundly analysing the spirit of the policy documents on the evaluation of school hockey schools with special characteristics,and based on the existing evaluation indicators of school campuses with special characteristics of collective ball games.On the basis of the existing evaluation indexes of school campuses with special characteristics,the evaluation system of school hockey schools in Jiangsu Province was constructed through expert interviews,questionnaires and Delphi method:(1)The evaluation system content of Jiangsu school hockey characteristic schools based on the CIPP evaluation model with four evaluation contents of background,input,process and result as primary indicators,14 content secondary indicators such as school importance,rules and regulations,management system,and 53 tertiary indicators such as inclusion in school education development plan,work performance into year-end assessment,and responsibility system of the headmaster in charge was constructed,focusing on the process The evaluation reflects the concern for the development of campus hockey schools,and the overall scientific and reasonable evaluation system can promote the development of hockey schools in a more comprehensive way.(2)When the four dimensions of the CIPP evaluation model are used as the first level indicators,the overall situation of process evaluation is in the first place,with a weighting of 0.4203,followed by outcome evaluation0.2346,input evaluation 0.1928 and background evaluation 0.1524;as well as the rating scale after the assignment of scores,process evaluation is also the highest,with 36 points,followed by outcome evaluation 27 points,input evaluation 20 points and background evaluation of 17 points.This result indicates that the experts and leaders who participated in the survey generally considered the process evaluation to be particularly important,and the outcome evaluation was also second only to the process evaluation,but the input evaluation and background evaluation did not show a large difference in level.(3)The empirical study of 10 schools with special characteristics of school hockey in Jiangsu Province revealed that school hockey in Jiangsu Province has made great progress so far,but there are many problems in the process of development,which may have a negative impact on its sustainable development.In terms of background evaluation,there are problems such as the absence of school regulations and insufficient implementation of the system;in terms of input evaluation,there are problems such as the "multiple use" of campus hockey facilities;in terms of process evaluation,there are problems such as the lack of significant construction of campus hockey culture and the lack of smooth channels for students to advance to higher education;in terms of outcome evaluation,there are problems such as In the evaluation of the results,there are problems such as only attaching importance to students’ athletic performance and neglecting to pay attention to special physical fitness tests.(4)To propose countermeasures for the future development of school hockey schools in Jiangsu Province,in terms of background evaluation: to formulate regulations and management systems suitable for the development of school hockey according to the characteristics of the school;in terms of input evaluation: to plan the time of use of the venue,reasonably arrange the use of the venue,and at the same time enhance the relevant teaching staff,arrange professional coaches and teachers to guide the teaching,training and competition of school hockey In terms of process evaluation: strengthening the school’s culture of school hockey,enhancing participation in school hockey-related activities,etc.;in terms of outcome evaluation: schools with special characteristics need to pay attention not only to athletic performance,but also to the level of students’ ability in special physical tests and the facilitation of further education channels,etc.
