| With the advancement and development of the new curriculum reform,the society is paying more and more attention to the spirit of labor.In November 2020,General Secretary Xi first clarified that the connotation of the spirit of labor includes love of labor,advocacy of labor,Hard work and honest work have pointed out the research direction for the integration of labor spirit into the teaching of ideological and political courses.The high school stage is a critical period for the formation of values.It is urgent to improve the labor literacy of high school students.However,because labor education has not been truly implemented,the current situation of integrating labor spirit into the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school is not optimistic.Therefore,it is urgent to study the problems and causes of the integration of labor spirit into the teaching of ideological and political courses,and to propose solutions.Based on this,this thesis is divided into the following five parts to discuss.The first part mainly describes the theoretical basis of the labor spirit,that is,the Marxist concept of labor,Xi Jin ping’s labor thought,and the definition of the concept of labor spirit.The second part mainly discusses the era requirements of integrating labor spirit into the teaching of ideological and political courses.First,it discusses that promoting labor spirit helps students to improve their labor literacy,master labor skills,and promote the formation of labor quality for common prosperity.Second,it discusses the integration of labor spirit into high school.The teaching of ideological and political courses helps students to establish the ideal and belief that happiness is a struggle,promotes the realization of the task of cultivating morality in ideological and political courses,and the formation of the core literacy of high school students in political subjects.Finally,it discusses the feasibility of integrating the spirit of labor into the teaching of ideological and political courses,from two perspectives,that is,the purpose of both is to build morality and cultivate people,and the content of the two can be connected.The third part mainly describes the current situation of the integration of labor spirit into high school ideological and political teaching.Through the analysis of the questionnaire results of teachers’ and students’ questionnaires,it is found that the integration of labor spirit into high school ideological and political teaching has both positive and negative aspects.The society attaches great importance to the labor literacy of high school students,and the negative aspects are that labor materials need to be developed urgently and teachers’ teaching methods are single.The main reasons for these problems are that the teaching measures for integrating labor spirit into ideological and political courses are not perfect,and exam-oriented education affects teachers’ teaching.Enthusiasm,home-school collaboration to cultivate labor spirit channels are not smooth.The fourth part mainly describes the countermeasures for integrating labor spirit into the teaching of ideological and political courses in high school.First of all,the school should often organize special lectures on labor,expand the labor publicity platform and organize labor practice activities to create a campus atmosphere that promotes the spirit of labor.Secondly,teachers should actively explore labor materials,innovate labor education teaching methods,and build an ideological and political evaluation system for labor spirit.Finally,parents and teachers should be in close contact to jointly promote labor practices,teach labor skills,and discuss labor incentives.The fifth part mainly analyzes the case of "Creation and Realization of Value" in the high school ideological and political course,and applies teaching theory to specific practice to help students establish a good quality of labor. |
