Labor is a necessary practice for human survival and development,labor education is the only way to train students to develop in an all-round way,senior high school ideological and political courses is an important subject course to carry out moral education and cultivate people.In recent years,under the background of exam-oriented education schools,parents and teachers pay too much attention to the enrollment rate and students academic performance,resulting in a serious lack of labor education,weak labor consciousness and no correct labor values.in order to cultivate students’ all-round development and qualified builders and successors for socialism,on March20,2020,the CPC central Committee and The state Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which clearly pointed out the great significance of labor education.For ordinary high schools,it is proposed to carry out service labor and participate in production labor,so that students can maser labor skills,understand that labor creates value,have the consciousness of labor independence and the feelings of serving others and the society.According to the relevant requirements of the opinion and guidance,this paper focuses on high school education class to foster students’ consciousness of labor strategy study,mainly divides into three chapters.The first chapter defines the corn concept of labor consciousness and the cultivation of labor consciousness,and describes the theoretical basis of the cultivation of labor consciousness in high school ideological and political class and the necessity of the cultivation of labor consciousness in high school ideological and political class.An analysis of the elements of labor consciousness contained in the four compulsory textbooks of politics in high school: the demand for cultivating talents with all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor,the need for cultivating qualified labor creators for the society,the need for cultivating core qualified of ideological and political disciplines.The second chapter investigates the current situation of ideological and political classroom cultivating labor consciousness,analyzes the problems and causes.The existing problems of ideological and political classroom cultivating labor consciousness include:weak labor consciousness of teachers,single way of cultivating labor consciousness,neglect of labor education of students,and lack of practical ability.The main reasons for these problems are:test-oriented education has a strong form,increased the pressure of students,teachers,and parents;some teachers lack teaching ability and grasp the teaching objective;students passively receive labor education.The third chapter describes the first cultivation strategy:make full use of labor consciousness cultivation resources:in-depth exploration of political textbooks,full use of current political hot spots,flexible use of various carriers,describes the second cultivation strategy adopt a variety of teaching methods to cultivate labor consciousness,topic teaching enhances the concept of labor,case teaching to generate labor resonance,situational teaching to create labor atmosphere,describes the third cultivation strategy is to establish and improve the comprehensive labor evaluation mechanism:evaluation purpose comprehensive,evaluation forms diversified,evaluation subject diversified. |
