| The healthy growth of children is related to the happiness of families and the future of our country.The construction of child-friendly communities is a project to protect the rights and interests of children in China and promote the development of children’s welfare.At present,Changsha is trying to build a child-friendly city and actively carry out the pilot work of child-friendly community.However,how to implement the construction of child-friendly community is the key.In this context,this study takes X Community in Changsha city as the research object.Under the guidance of system theory,it evaluates the current situation and existing problems of community construction from five aspects of policy,space,service,culture and practitioners,and then uses group work and community work methods to intervene in the construction of child-friendly communities.It also studies the practical process of social work intervention in the construction of child-friendly communities.The findings: First,under the guidance of system theory,social work uses group work and community work methods to intervene in the construction of child-friendly communities from policy advocacy,space construction,service provision,cultural cultivation,team building and other aspects,which helps to comprehensively improve the child-friendly community.Second,social work can play a unique professional advantage in the construction of child-friendly communities.Social workers can unite with multiple subjects to form an action system to participate in the construction of child-friendly communities.Finally,the author made a professional reflection on the practical process of social work’s involvement in the construction of child-friendly communities,and found that there are still problems in the practical process,such as the single Angle of space construction,the lack of attention to the service groups,and the lack of social work advocacy effect,which need to be further solved. |
