Practical Research On Embedding Public Welfare Charity Projects Into The Construction Of Elderly Friendly Community ——Take The XF Project Of LS Community In S As An Case

In recent years,strengthening the construction of elderly friendly community has been paid attention to at the national level.The law on the protection of the rights and interests of the elderly was promulgated in 2015;By 2025,5000 demonstration urban and rural elderly friendly communities will be built in China;By 2035,the country will achieve full coverage of elderly friendly communities in urban and rural areas.At present,China is changing the concept of social governance and helping to promote the construction of urban elderly friendly communities in China through public welfare and charity projects.This paper synthesizes the research on community construction at home and abroad,uses the community social work method,takes the LS community XF project as the research object,and explores the embedding of public welfare charity projects into the elderly friendly community.Firstly,the article investigates the elderly in the community and determines the relevant projects,such as eye care community protection plan,elderly disease prevention learning group,parent-child fun garden party,community star meeting and so on.Multiple subjects cooperate with each other to form a joint force of service.From the perspective of evaluation,it is concluded that the construction role of XF project in the elderly friendly community: optimize the community elderly care environment,promote the development of community self-organization,improve the self-efficacy of community elderly residents,have a strong atmosphere of mutual assistance in community neighbors,and expand the team of community elderly volunteers;At the same time,it analyzes the problems existing in the project,such as the lack of continuous institutional guarantee and cooperation norms,and the conflict of interest and friction between multiple subjects.From the perspective of policy implementation,community construction,community management and executors,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are obtained: establish an all-round guarantee mechanism,pay attention to the consultation,evaluation and diagnosis mechanism,improve the content system,build a multi subject relationship,establish a meeting of old friends,and integrate the linkage effect of social workers and volunteers.More specific paths can be achieved for the elderly friendly community construction.The innovation of this paper is to use public welfare charity projects to embed the construction of elderly friendly communities,study the methods of promoting the construction of the whole community under the project system,and introduce the evaluation index system of elderly friendly communities,which provides reliable and effective support for the construction results.However,due to the promotion of a single project,it does not have the universal significance of promotion.Further efforts are needed to fundamentally solve the problem of building an elderly friendly community.
