Research On Ideological And Political Education In Public Physical Education Courses Of University With Symbolic Interaction Theory

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,president Xi has successively presided over important meetings such as the national education conference and the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities.A series of important instructions was made and the importance of strengthening ideological and political education in colleges was pointed out,which provided a fundamental basis for the construction of ideological and political courses.As an important part of education,in the early stage of ideological and political education of public physical courses,explore and study the problems and implementation paths in its development are urgently needed.Predecessor’s research shows that it is very necessary to carry out ideological and political education in public physical curriculum in colleges,which is because: firstly,carrying out ideological and political education of public physical courses is the need of ideological and political construction;Secondly,physical educating is an integral part of education;Thirdly,sports can promote people’s all-round development.Based on the symbolic interaction theory with descriptive research method,the educational process of curriculum ideological and political education is analyzed from the following aspects: firstly,ideological and political education needs students’ "self-education";Secondly,ideological and political education needs "effective carriers";Thirdly,ideological and political education needs "subtle influence".On the basis of the above,a questionnaire survey and analysis on the current situation of ideological and political education in public physical education are made in Central South University from the perspectives of teachers and students.The relevant difficulties that need to be overcame are summarized: 1)the mechanism construction is inadequate,2)students do not pay much attention to physical education curriculum,3)teachers’ ideological and political teaching consciousness and inexperienced,4)the content of ideological and political education is not sufficient,5)educating methods need to be further strengthened.In order to better realize "Building Morality and cultivating people" and carry out curriculum ideology and politics in public physical education,this paper puts forward the path of carrying out curriculum ideology and politics in public physical education from three aspects of innovative mechanism,innovative content and innovative way based on the theoretical basis.
