In 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines for Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities,which proposed that ideological and political construction in courses should be promoted according to the characteristics of majors,and that each major curriculum should guard a certain section of canals and plant responsible fields.Public physical education in colleges and universities is a compulsory public basic course for college students,which is highly practical.In addition to imparting sports knowledge and skills,it is also necessary to cultivate college students’ moral emotion and will quality.According to the literature review,there are few researches on the ideological and political construction of public physical education curriculum,and no curriculum ideological and political system suitable for public physical education curriculum and featuring public physical education curriculum has been proposed.Under the guidance of the concept of full personnel education,in order to give full play to the positive role of public physical education teaching in talent training,it is necessary to carry out ideological and political construction of public physical education course,dig deep ideological and political elements in public physical education course,explore the internal connection between public physical education course and ideological and political theory course,so that the two courses can work in the same direction and better play the role of education.Therefore,it is necessary and of great significance to construct the ideological and political system of public physical education courses in colleges and universities,and put forward specific teaching design and implementation mechanism for the ideological and political system of public physical education courses in colleges and universities.Guided by the thoughts of national leaders on ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and based on Marxist theories on comprehensive human development,effective teaching theory and implicit education theory,the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview and observation were used to select YZ University in Hubei Province as an example to investigate and study the current situation of constructing the public physical education course of thought politics.According to the educational characteristics of other courses,the distinctive characteristics of the public physical education course thinking politics were summarized and innovated,and the basic principles that should be followed in building the public physical education course thinking politics in universities.It is concluded that the Department of Public Physical Education and the relevant leaders of YZ University pay more attention to the construction of public physical education courses’ thinking politics,and there are objectives of thinking politics education set in the syllabus of "University Physical Education" course,and the faculty often organize public physical education teachers to participate in the course thinking politics-related study;however,in the actual teaching,there are still problems such as teachers’ insufficient integration of thinking politics elements in teaching,relatively single teaching methods,and insufficient evaluation and assessment mechanisms.Based on the above problems,this paper constructs the ideological and political system of public physical education courses in colleges and universities from the four dimensions of idea,content,method and evaluation,taking the Guiding Outline of Curriculum Ideological and Political Construction in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education as the guiding ideology,the curriculum outline of College Physical Education as the scope of content construction of curriculum ideological and political system,and the Core Quality of Chinese Students’ Development as the criterion of ideological and political anchor mining.The first is to construct the coordination mechanism among the country,colleges,teachers,students and other subjects in curriculum ideological and political education,and construct the ideological and political education concept of public sports in colleges and universities;Secondly,we should optimize the ideological and political resources of public physical education courses,learn from the ideological and political contents of ordinary college courses,and cooperate with ideological and political teachers to lead the ideological and political theories to enrich the ideological and political teaching content of public physical education courses in colleges and universities.The third is to innovate the teaching methods of public physical education;The fourth is to design a curriculum ideological and political comprehensive evaluation mechanism based on student evaluation,peer evaluation and teacher self-evaluation. |
