Construction And Application Of Index System For Evaluating The Effect Of Ideological And Political Education In Public Physical Education Courses In Colleges And Universities In Shaanxi Province

In 2017,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities under the New Situation",pointing out that it is necessary to take root in the idea of running universities in China based on cultivating virtue and cultivating people.China regards the cultivation of morality and cultivation of people as the core task of school education,and it is also the ultimate goal of curriculum ideology and politics.At present,it has become an important content of physical education in colleges and universities in China,but the evaluation of the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses has not yet formed a clear evaluation index system.Therefore,it is very important to study the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses for college students.On the one hand,the research on the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses in Shaanxi Province is conducive to enriching the theoretical research results of ideological and political education courses in public physical education courses,broadening the breadth and depth of ideological and political research in public physical education courses in colleges and universities,and improving people’s understanding of deepening the educational function of physical education in colleges and universities.On the other hand,it is also conducive to promoting the improvement of the ideological and political education effect of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,and provides a certain reference for the improvement of the ideological and political education effect of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province and curriculum reform.On the basis of the preliminary research,according to the relevant documents of public physical education courses and curriculum ideology and politics promulgated by the state,the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy method were used to construct the evaluation index system of ideological and political education of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.Taking 1,940 students who had taken public physical education courses in 23 colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province as the survey subjects,the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses in their colleges and universities was evaluated.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)A three-level index system for the evaluation of the effect of ideological and political education in public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province was constructed,which included 4 first-level indicators,12 secondlevel indicators and 42 first-level indicators.Among them,the four first-level indicators are: sports belief,values,sports behavior,and sports morality;The 12 secondary indicators are: awareness of sports power,self-confidence in sports culture,feelings of family and country,social morality,professional ethics,sports competition behavior,sports participation behavior,sports inheritance behavior,sports intervention behavior,sportsmanship,sportsmanship,and sports character.Among them,the weights of the first-level indicators are sports morality(0.2879),sports belief >(0.2789),> sports behavior(0.2507)> values(0.1825),which shows that sports morality and sports belief are the two major aspects that need to be focused on in the ideological and political courses of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province.(2)The ideological and political development of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province has achieved certain results,but the effect of educating people needs to be improved.Among them,the ideological and political effects of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have a significant effect on the cultivation of "sports belief" and "sports morality",while the cultivation of "sports behavior" and "values" needs to be further improved.(3)In the dimension of "sports belief",the ideological and political education courses of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have achieved good results in the cultivation of students’ "inheritance of sports culture",while the cultivation of students’ "sense of identity in developing sports" needs to be further strengthened.(4)In the dimension of "values",the ideological and political courses of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have achieved good results in the cultivation of "abiding by discipline and law",while the cultivation of students’ "community awareness" needs to be strengthened.(5)In the dimension of "sports behavior",the public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province have achieved remarkable results in establishing students’ lifelong sports awareness,but they are still slightly insufficient in cultivating students’ sports and health care ability.(6)In the dimension of "sports morality",the ideological and political effect of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province is better in promoting students’ "responsibility",and the cultivation of a correct concept of victory and defeat is an urgent need to be strengthened.(7)The formation of the ideological and political education effect of public physical education courses in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province is the result of the joint role of public physical education courses,professional courses and ideological and political courses.The synergy effect is most obvious in the formation of students’ values,which is the result of the joint role of ideological and political education classes and public physical education classes.In the formation of students’ sports morality,it is mainly the result of the joint role of ideological and political courses and public physical education courses,and public physical education is still an extremely important subject in the improvement of students’ sports morality.
