| Moral education is the core task of China’s education field under the current conditions,and the realization of its educational idea is the basic standard to test the educational achievements in different stages of China,as well as the ultimate goal of curriculum ideological and political achievements.The proposal of curriculum ideological and political education is an important strategic measure for China’s education to achieve moral education.The research on the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political ability of public PE teachers in colleges and universities can enrich the theory of curriculum ideological and political construction in theory.In practice,it is beneficial to improve the ideological and political ability of public PE teachers in colleges and universities.In this paper,I study the construction of college public physical education teachers curriculum ideological and political ability index system mainly through the literature method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of scientific research methods to screen and build and verify the rationality of the system of indicators.In this paper,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)based on the questionnaire issued 174 to the intense situation questionnaire,through the questionnaire data analysis of public colleges and universities physical education teachers in implementing public education on physical education curriculum is a lot of deficiencies,teachers as the dominant teaching activities,the weakness of course education,physical education curriculum is ideological construction problems of the main factors.(2)Construct the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political ability of college public PHYSICAL education teachers.The system includes four first-level indicators,such as the ability to develop teachers’ qualities required by PE ideological and political teaching;The ability of mining and transforming ideological and political resources,the ability of self-research of physical education curriculum,the ability of designing ideological and political teaching objectives of physical education curriculum,the ability of designing ideological and political teaching process of physical education curriculum;They can learn and enrich their ideological and political literacy through various ways,excavate and select ideological and political elements related to physical education teaching content,and improve or innovate 34 three-level indicators of ideological and political teaching methods in physical education courses.(3)Calculate the weight proportion of each index in the index system.In the first-level indicators,the weight of PE curriculum ideological and political implementation ability is 0.3412,accounting for the largest proportion;The weight of ideological and political education into physical education teaching process is 0.7463,accounting for the largest proportion of secondary indicators of ideological and political education implementation ability;Among the three subordinate indexes of the ability to integrate ideological and political education into the physical education process,the weight of the ability to observe and timely insert or adjust ideological and political education content according to the psychological changes of students is 0.1199,accounting for the largest proportion.(4)to find A,B,C three different public physical education teachers in colleges and universities as A practice evaluation object,evaluation expert group members according to their teaching plans and curriculum education ability questionnaire(supplement),combining the teachers’ classroom performance according to the building of public physical education teachers in universities and education ability evaluation index system respectively to score three teachers.Finally,the overall curriculum ideological and political ability of the three teachers is obtained by using the research method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,suggestions are put forward according to the research content and conclusions:(1)Public PE teachers of different sports events should flexibly use the evaluation index system of curriculum ideological and political ability of public PE teachers in colleges and universities.(2)Rational use of evaluation mechanism to continuously promote the optimization of teachers’ curriculum ideological and political ability. |
