With the vigorous development of mobile Internet and technological innovation,relying on big data platform,a large number of new-format jobs have been derived,and new-format economy has also emerged as the times require.The new-format employment groups represented by professional groups such as selling riders,courier brothers,and network car drivers are also growing,and they have become an indispensable part of social employment groups in China.As a major force in China’s employment market,take-away riders have attracted a large number of workers with their advantages of low threshold,flexible working hours and considerable salary.However,at the same time,some problems such as vague labor relations,low social insurance participation rate and difficult protection of labor rights and interests have emerged in the public’s field of vision.Failure to implement the legitimate rights and interests that ordinary workers should enjoy will not only make them bear heavier work pressure than traditional employers,but also bring negative effects on their psychology,behavior and family.The author takes the take-out riders from Site F who have practiced in the summer vacation as the main research object,and focuses on the process and method of social work intervening in the protection of the rights and interests of employment groups in new formats with the support of labor relations theory.First of all,through the questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview with the take-out riders in Site F,combined with the investigation on the protection of the rights and interests of the take-out riders,it is found that the take-out riders in Site F mainly have some problems at present,such as vague labor relations,unknown workers’ identities,imperfect social insurance system,complex occupational risks,easy infringement of labor rights and interests,obvious job burnout,etc.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the protection of the rights and interests of employment groups in the new format,It is found that the reasons for the above problems may be the limited economic level of the new business employment groups,the weak willingness to participate in insurance,the strict platform supervision,the complicated identification of employment forms,the lack of inclusiveness of government policies,and the lack of daily publicity and popularization.Finally,combined with the rider’s needs,a reciprocal group service scheme for rights protection is designed,which aims to help the team members to define the identification standard of labor relations,correctly understand the importance of participating in social insurance,and the labor rights and interests that they should legally enjoy in daily life,so as to enhance the team members’ work efficiency and self-confidence.After the end of the group activities,we will evaluate the service effectiveness from the perspectives of individual members,social workers and families,and make timely reflection and evaluation.It is found that,with the intervention of the reciprocal rights and interests group,the group members have a clearer understanding of the rights and interests services they should enjoy as laborers,and have a clearer direction for the path of safeguarding their rights after their legitimate rights and interests are violated.At the same time,however,there are some deficiencies in the service provided by the group workers themselves,such as insufficient attention to some personalized group members and insufficient follow-up services.In view of the above shortcomings,at the end,this paper also puts forward some suggestions such as using comprehensive service methods and perfecting social support network.
