Research Of Social Work Intervention Of Migrant Workers’ Rights And Interests Protection With The Strengths Perspective

This article is based on the questionnaire survey data of pearl river delta and Yangtze river delta, and the interview data of the pearl river delta region;found that the problems of rural migrant workers’rights and interests are serious.Migrant workers in employment, wages, job security and social welfare in such aspects as their children in DaGongDi accept equal education all don’t enjoy the rights.Therefore, migrant workers unavoidable be defined as "vulnerable groups" in the society.In my opinion, this definition of migrant workers, to some extent, make people for migrant workers and migrant workers for their weak position consciousness has been strengthened, and this leads to people for migrant workers to provide related services tend to see it as a disability groups, instead of mining environment as well as by its own advantages.In my opinion, even if is in right infringement situation of migrant workers, they still have the advantage of human rights. Its own human capital, weak identity and owned by the social support networks, macro legal policy provide certain support for its rights.As social work of professional help, in the process of to provide services for migrant workers, in particular, they shall be regarded as an advantage with groups of power, and this advantage can be converted to a kind of ability, make migrant workers can learn to use this ability, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of oneself.Therefore, under the theory of "Strengths Perspective", this paper attempts to explore how social work intervention to the rights of migrant workers of service, as well as the different aspects of the rights of migrant workers, social workers how to provide targeted services.
