Research On Social Work Intervention In The Protection Of Youth Rights And Interests From The Perspective Of Social Support Network

In today’s rapid development of the social transition period,the healthy growth of teenagers still faces many prominent problems,such as adolescent weariness of school,Internet addiction,school violence,depression,anxiety,pornography,gambling,drugs,etc.,which have caused great harm to the physical and mental health and basic rights and interests of teenagers.The protection of the rights and interests of teenagers has become one of the social problems to be solved urgently.So what is the status of the formal and informal social support network of teenagers as a vulnerable group? What are the problems existing in the realization of its basic rights and interests? How can social work majors help teenagers to protect their legitimate rights and interests? For further study of this questions,this study on the basis of social support network theory,using questionnaires,semi-structured interview,participatory observation method,to Xiamen H district youth group and their social support network,teenagers four basic rights and interests as the main line,focus on the youth social support system and their personal interaction process,focus on social work in the rights and interests of teenagers service mode,on the basis of the study,discusses how social work should play to the rights and interests of teenagers.The study found that the current situation of formal and informal social support networks of teenagers can affect the realization of their basic rights and interests,and analyzed the four basic rights and interests of teenagers.Based on this,this study in Xiamen H area school social work project for entry,carried out by "home-school-club" linkage as the main practice logic of youth survival right of social work intervention,to enhance self-efficacy to realize the path of youth development right of social work intervention,to clarify the cognitive and behavior for the prevention strategy of teenagers protected rights of social work intervention,to construct voice as the core goal of youth participation of social work intervention practice.Through the analysis of social work practice and evaluation,get social workers in the rights and interests of youth service results,and then summarizes the "individual,family,peer,school,community,youth rights center" six integration of social work in youth rights and interests protection service mode,finally this research and social work service effect reflection,put forward.It is hoped that social work services can become an important part of the protection of youth rights and interests in the future,help them protect their legitimate rights and interests,and create a strong social support environment.
