Research On The Rights And Interests Of Takeaway Men Due To Work-related Injuries

Delivery man is a product of the rapid development of the platform economy in the "Internet plus" era.The new employment mode of "Platform + Individual" breaks the strict "subordinate attribute" characteristic of labor relations established between workers and employers under the regulation of traditional labor laws.At the same time,however,the difficulty in characterizing the employment relationship will directly affect the realization of protection for the rights and interests of delivery men due to work-related injuries.This article will start from two aspects: legal reasons and practical reasons.Through empirical analysis of delivery men’s injuries related to work,this article will clarify the difficulties in protecting this group’s rights and interests due to work injuries,and propose related suggestions for improvement.I hope this article can play a positive role in promoting the protection of rights and interests of delivery men due to work-related injuries.
