| With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,the amount of garbage in life is also growing,causing serious ecological and environmental problems.At present,China’s urban solid waste treatment adopts landfill method and incineration method,but this method has many shortcomings,such as low recycling rate,high cost,environmental pollution,etc.In the process of sorting and recycling garbage,the effective use of resources can be maximized,which is not only closely related to people’s health,but also closely related to the improvement of the ecological environment and the sustainable development of the economy.Globally,garbage classification management has been widely recognized and vigorously promoted,which involves multiple social subjects such as governments,enterprises,communities,social organizations and residents,requiring multiple subjects to work together to form a joint force for governance and jointly promote garbage classification and governance.Residents are not only the main participants in garbage classification,but also the producers of domestic waste,and their active participation can promote the recycling and management of garbage sorting from the source.However,this does not happen overnight,and it is necessary to continuously guide residents to form the correct awareness and attitude of waste sorting and sorting behavior.This study takes community A in W City as an example to analyze the problems encountered in its domestic waste classification work,and attempts to carry out practical intervention by community work,so as to enhance residents’ awareness of garbage classification,develop correct garbage disposal habits,promote their active participation in domestic waste separation,and summarize experience according to the practical process and put forward corresponding opinions and measures.This article is mainly divided into four parts in terms of structure:The first part is an introduction.Firstly,the background,theory and practical significance of the selected topic were explained.Secondly,the current literature on domestic waste classification at home and abroad was reviewed and sorted.Finally,the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this paper are introduced,and the main content and research methods of this paper are briefly explained.The second part introduces the current situation of household waste sorting by residents of community A.First,a general overview of Community A is given;Secondly,using the observation method and interview method,the problems existing in garbage classification of residents in community A were analyzed,and it was found that the residents’ irregular behavior,inactive participation,and lack of sustainability in the classification were found.The factors contributing to this result are:lack of knowledge of garbage classification among residents,weak awareness of garbage classification,insufficient community publicity,and lack of supervision and incentive mechanisms;Thirdly,from the two levels to promote residents’ participation in garbage classification,from the resident level,there is a need to learn the relevant knowledge of domestic waste classification,practice and be fully affirmed,and at the community level,there is a need to strengthen publicity and establish a domestic waste classification supervision and incentive mechanism.On this basis,this paper also analyzes the advantages of social work intervention to promote residents’ waste classification.The third part is the practical process of community work involving community A residents participating in the classification of domestic waste.First,plan and carry out corresponding community activities in response to the problems and needs of community A;Second,evaluate the entire practical process after the event.The fourth part is to make suggestions and countermeasures to promote the participation of community residents in domestic waste classification,the main contents are:strengthening the communication between residents and managers,improving the relevant waste classification system,establishing classification infrastructure,strengthening classification publicity,etc. |
