Study On The Involvement Of Community Work In The Self-organizing Cultivation Of The Elderly In Urban Community ——Taking The L Community Social Work Project In Fujian Province As An Example

In recent years,the aging degree of China’s population has been deepened,Only by taking the road of "active aging" can we promote sustainable economic development and enable the elderly to share the fruits of development.As the focus of my country’s social governance shifts downward,community self-organization provides a platform for the social participation of the elderly.While self-organization develops,how to cultivate selforganization with hematopoietic function is an important task of current community construction,and social work is a kind of helping activities that takes root in the community and provides services for a long time,and is an important synergistic force for cultivating community self-organization.In this context,this paper adopts the case study method,takes the L community selforganization cultivation project as an example,collects data through interviews and observation methods,uses the theory of self-organization process,analyzes the practical process of social work intervention in self-organization cultivation,summarizes experience and deficiencies and make recommendations.Provide a reference for social work to intervene in the self-organization of the elderly in the community,so that the elderly can "have someone to depend on,have something to do,and have something to be happy with".Using the theory of self-organization process,the growth of self-organization can be divided into five stages from breeding to big trees.Each stage has different tasks.The breeding stage focuses on finding talented people and establishing relationships.The budding stage Emphasis is placed on forming small groups and establishing identity.The small seedling stage emphasizes the ability to cultivate self-organized members and establish norms,while the small and large tree stages must cultivate their ability to selfhematopoieize and revitalize local resources.Social workers have mainly cultivated four community-based self-organizations for the elderly in the L community,including the Table Tennis Association,the Dance Team Association,the Dragon Dance Association,and the Community Resident Volunteer Team.The following points are obtained: First,the growth process of self-organization in L community fits the theory of self-organization process.The integration and application of community resources,the exploration and energy enhancement of community talents,the development of community activities,the support of community neighborhood committee,and the discussion of public issues are the key factors to promote the self-organization growth.Second,community work is involved in the self-organization of the elderly,there are problems such as insufficient professional support,insufficient community mobilization and limited role of self-organization on community governance,which are not conducive to the long-term healthy and orderly development of self-organization.Therefore,in order to better cultivate community self-organization,it is necessary to equip people with talent support,improve the self-organization capacity building system,and carry out sufficient community mobilization.Third,for social workers,they should establish a good cooperative relationship with the neighborhood committees,actively explore the internal impetus of the community,build a platform for residents’ discussion,and pay attention to the incubation and cultivation of self-organizations of public welfare,charity and life services,so as to gather strength and help the community construction.
