Practice Of Community Work Participating In Urban Community Cultural Activities

Today,more than 40 years after the reform and opening up,the existence of community has been fully integrated into everyone’s life.The development degree of urban community is directly related to the vital interests of urban residents and the process of reform and opening up.Therefore,the development of all aspects of the community has become an important factor affecting people’s quality of life and lifestyle.Perfecting and cultivating community function is in line with the needs of community construction at the present stage in China.The main function of the community is to provide various services for the majority of community residents,among which cultural service is one of the most important forms.Long term cultural construction can enable residents to have distinctive group consciousness,values and behavior patterns,and cultivate their sense of belonging and identity to the community.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that strengthening the innovative construction of social governance is an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity,in which the innovative culture is the top priority and an important part of constantly improving social governance.The most important value function of culture is to build a spiritual order,guide and educate the community people,so as to promote the society into a rational state and promote the harmonious development of the society.Therefore,as an important part of community cultural construction,community cultural activities are the top priority of community cultural services;As an important manifestation of community behavior culture and an important carrier of community spiritual civilization,the development and improvement of urban community cultural activities is an imperative task to benefit the people and promote social development.In order to better improve the development of community cultural activities and promote social governance,the author,based on the perspective of social work,uses community social work methods to participate in the research on the development of community cultural activities,conducts research on the relevant situation of cultural activities,and understands the current situation and existing deficiencies or problems of the community in the development of cultural activities,Combined with the characteristics of the community and its own rich resources,this paper analyzes the advantages of cultural construction activities in the community and the causes of the problems.Secondly,based on professional community social work knowledge theory,the author participates in the development of cultural activities and related cultural facilities construction projects in the community in combination with community work methods,scientifically and effectively carries out community work,solves the existing problems,promotes the cultural construction of the community,participates in community cultural and creative activities,and promotes the development of community cultural industry.By understanding the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in this field and combining with their own opinions,this paper innovates the research process;Then,with the methods of observation,interview and questionnaire survey,we can understand the attitude of residents towards the development of cultural activities,compare the status quo of previous research,draw a conclusion,analyze the feasibility and shortcomings of community social work methods,and make a reflection and summary,so as to provide useful enlightenment for the development of research on the development of urban community cultural activities in China.
