Study On Villagers’ Participation In Domestic Waste Classification Under Regional Development Model

With the development of economy,the quality of people’s life has been significantly improved.However,the environmental problems that can not be ignored have become increasingly prominent.Compared with urban communities,rural areas have relatively weak environmental awareness and pay insufficient attention to the environment.Arbitrary discharge of domestic garbage,domestic wastewater and a large amount of production and domestic waste from each other lead to prominent environmental problems,which is contrary to the goal of Beautiful Countryside Construction at present,and also affects the quality of life of farmers themselves."Classification" is the key to the treatment of rural domestic waste.Rural areas cover a wide range and there are many kinds of domestic waste.Therefore,the key to effectively improve the rural living environment is to implement waste classification in rural areas and promote the improvement of the overall rural treatment efficiency.Rural residents are the producers of domestic waste and the main body of domestic waste treatment,which determines that it is very necessary to mobilize villagers in rural areas to participate in domestic waste classification.As a practical model of social work,the regional development model is a development concept,which emphasizes mobilizing all members of the region to participate in regional practice,widely participate in regional practice,jointly face regional problems,actively undertake some tasks,improve regional problems through specific actions,such as participating in regional activity publicity and activity planning,and enhance everyone’s sense of identity through self-help or mutual assistance Cohesion and sense of belonging.This paper combines the regional development model with the project-based operation model of social work to promote the implementation of rural domestic waste classification activities,so as to expand the public space for villagers to participate,improve the ability of villagers to participate in domestic waste classification activities,and promote the Beautiful Countryside Construction.Using the methods of questionnaire inrestigation,interview and observation,referring to the research results on the participation in waste classification,and combined with the reality of M village,this paper designs a questionnaire in line with this study to understand the implementation of waste classification in M village,y Town,Beijing,and then discusses the current situation and influencing factors of villagers’ participation in domestic waste classification,so as to understand the villagers’ cognition,attitude and corresponding participation behavior in domestic waste classification.It is found that the factors affecting the villagers’ effective waste classification are publicity,policy awareness,and correct waste classification knowledge.Based on the theory of regional development model and cognitive behavior model,this study designs project activities with villagers as the intervention object,such as changing villagers’ cognition of domestic waste classification through publicity and education;Design project activities and cultivate villagers’ habits of participating in domestic waste classification;Green replacement to encourage waste classification;Establish a self-organization for domestic waste classification to improve the villagers’ sense of identity;Link internal and external resources and broaden villagers’ participation in domestic waste classification.After the completion of the project,the questionnaire survey is used to evaluate the effect of social workers’ intervention,find the advantages and disadvantages of the intervention,and put forward relevant strategies to promote the sustainable development of the project,so as to promote the implementation and implementation of domestic waste classification.
