On November 26,2014,the State Council held the National Youth Campus Football Work Conference,clarifying that the Ministry of Education will formally take the lead in charge of campus football work.Subsequently,the Ministry of Education and other 6 departments issued the "Implementation Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football",marking the development of campus football.Elevated to "national strategy".However,in the process of developing campus football,schools at all levels have encountered problems such as lack of venues,shortage of funds,insufficient coaches,and low professionalism,which will inevitably affect the overall development process of campus football.In response to these problems,the government has issued a series of policies to encourage social forces to participate in the development of campus football.Among them,the youth amateur football club,as a social organization and school cooperation,has become one of the main forms of campus football development.The significance of the cooperation between the two parties is to improve the quality and efficiency of the training of youth football reserve talents,and to solve the dilemma of campus football development,which is beneficial to the health of campus football.Sustainable development is of great significance.This study takes the participation of youth amateur football clubs in the urban area of Lanzhou City as the research object.It adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.The club’s participation in the development of campus football is conducted on-site investigation,and the main contradiction between the youth amateur football club and the school’s cooperation in the development of campus football is rationally analyzed to seek the interests of relevant stakeholders,and then from the perspective of stakeholders,participate in the Lanzhou youth amateur football club In the process of campus football development,relevant stakeholders are identified and classified,and further empirical investigations are conducted on the interest needs and realization methods of relevant stakeholders.Finally,the Lanzhou Youth Amateur Football Club participates in the optimization strategy of campus football development.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The participation of the Lanzhou Youth Amateur Football Club in the development of campus football helps alleviate the practical problems of insufficient number of coaches,low professional level,lack of venues,and shortage of funds.The existing cooperation programs have achieved excellent results;helpful To solve the dilemma of campus football development.(2)There are three types of stakeholders in the participation of the Lanzhou Youth Amateur Football Club in the development of campus football.Core stakeholders include students,schools,clubs,and coaches;intermediate stakeholders include the government,referees,sponsors,and football associations;marginal stakeholders include stadiums,spectators,and media.(3)Each stakeholder plays a different role in the development of youth amateur football clubs participating in campus football,and each stakeholder has a variety of interest needs,and the degree of importance and realization of interest needs are also different.(4)Only by safeguarding the interest needs of each type of stakeholder in the development of campus football and properly handling the demand relationship between stakeholders can we fully mobilize every type of stakeholder in every link in the development of campus football In this way,the development of campus football will be more dynamic.All stakeholders coordinate and cooperate,comprehensively utilize various means and methods,and integrate resources to form a synergistic and sustainable development of campus football.Based on the conclusion,the following suggestions are made:(1)It is recommended that more youth amateur football clubs cooperate with schools to speed up the process of campus football development and form a long-term mechanism for coordinated development of campus football.(2)Strengthen the business communication ability between youth amateur football clubs and schools.(3)The government gradually improves the rules and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of stakeholders. |
