In 2021,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off campus Training for Students in Compulsory Education Stage",abbreviated as the "Double Reduction" policy. This policy proposes to reduce the burden of homework and off campus training for students in compulsory education stage, requiring schools to provide interest related after-school service activities as content for students to choose and participate in independently in their spare time.If these services cannot meet the special needs of students, school after-school services can also be completed through cooperation with off campus training institutions for school sports work. The cooperation between the two can not only coordinate multiple advantageous resources, but also effectively improve the quality of after-school service of school physical education, thus promoting the development of school physical education and youth sports club.Through literature review, mathematical statistics, interviews, questionnaires and other research methods, this paper explores the problems in the integration of school physical education after-school services with clubs in Songjiang District,Shanghai, explores the countermeasures and suggestions for the integration of school physical education after-school services and clubs in Songjiang District,Shanghai, and points out the way for the integration of the two,To provide reference for guiding more schools in other districts of Shanghai to organize after-school services and integrate the development of clubs, promote the comprehensive improvement of young people’s physical fitness, and assist in the implementation of the sports power cause. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)In the process of integration and development of school physical education after-school service in Songjiang District of Shanghai with youth sports club, some schools can basically form a stable integration development model, the integration mode tends to be standardized, and can fully use the site facilities resources, teachers and coaches resources.Clubs can assist schools to carry out high-quality extracurricular sports activities and characteristic sports projects, and cultivate more sports talents,Reduce the workload of physical education teachers, and enhance parents’ recognition of youth sports club; However, there are still some problems in the process of integrating the two, mainly manifested in inconsistent development goals, low government participation in the integration, inconsistent supply and demand between schools and clubs, and a lack of communication between the two sides.(2)After discussing and analyzing the problems existing in the integration and development of school physical education after-school services and youth sports club in Songjiang District,Shanghai,we found that the government departments lacked guidance for the integration and development goals of the two;The work performance achieved by the integration of both parties cannot be reflected in this department, which can lead to a lack of division of responsibilities and rights, thereby hindering the development of both parties; There is a deviation in the needs of both parties in integrated development, making it difficult to fully utilize their respective advantages and resources; The concept of co construction and development between schools and clubs is relatively lagging, and there is a lack of intermediaries for mutual understanding to establish connections between the two parties. |
