High school Chinese is the most important subject in the basic education of Chinese students,as well as the most important communication tool.It plays a pivotal role in helping students acquire more comprehensive Chinese literacy,master the practical knowledge of Chinese in interpersonal communication,cultivate noble aesthetic consciousness and taste,and improve the depth and breadth of students’ thoughts.The modern prose studied in this paper refers specifically to the "modern classic literary and artistic prose" appearing in high school Chinese textbooks.It is a literary genre alongside novels,poems and dramas.It has relatively free materials,flexible techniques,diversified forms and concentrated themes,and is known as "literary prose".Chinese Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High School(2017 edition)proposes that students’ core literacy of subjects mainly includes four aspects: "language construction and application","development and improvement of thinking","aesthetic appreciation and creation" and "cultural inheritance and understanding".The curriculum standard explains the core quality of Chinese classroom from a higher level.The large unit teaching studied in this paper is a new form of Chinese teaching based on the new version of curriculum standards,with the pursuit of improving students’ core Chinese quality,the humanistic theme as the starting point,and the "big situation,big task" as the driving forceThe research of this paper is carried out according to the idea of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.Besides the introduction and the conclusion,it is divided into four parts.In the introduction part,the author expounds the resear ch reason,purpose and significance of this paper,as well as the research status at home and abroad,and the research methods,and sorts out the innovation of this paper.The first part puts forward and clarifies the core concept of "large unit teaching" and "modern prose in high school Chinese".The second part,through the interview observation method,questionnaire survey method,comparative analysis methodto find out the characteristics of high school Chinese modern prose selection and the current status of unit teaching,and put forward the existing problems and results analysis.The third part,through the previous questionnaire survey,interview and observation,master the current situation of modern prose teaching,taking Unit 7 of the first volume of high school Chinese as an example,design a large unit of teaching practice cases and teaching reflection,and strive to apply the theory to classroom practice.The fourth part,according to the third part of the case effect and after-class reflection using the basic principles and methods of high school Chinese modern prose large unit teaching,put forward the high school Chinese modern prose large unit teaching strategy.Therefore,in order to solve the problems and troubles existing in the classroom teaching of modern prose in high school Chinese and implement the requirements of the new curriculum standards,this study uses the concept of large unit teaching,taking modern prose in high school Chinese as an example,to carry out the practical research and strategy research of large unit teaching in high school Chinese.It also tries to explore the rational basis and scientific presentation mode of modern prose teaching.
