| At the beginning of the 21 st century,maternal health problems have become the focus of social concern,among which the physiological health of primipara more attention,mental health attention is still insufficient.If the anxiety of primipara is not relieved in time after childbirth,it will not only affect the physical and mental health,but also bring negative effects to the family and society.Therefore,this paper takes Ms.X in J community as an example to explore how to relieve the anxiety of primipara from the perspective of social work.This paper carries out a case study on the emotional anxiety of primipara,and tries to take effective intervention measures through the method of case work to relieve the anxiety of primipara.Ms.X is chosen as the research object of this paper.Based on the summary and analysis of relevant literature,this paper comprehensively used participatory observation,questionnaire,interview and the Chinese version of postpartum Anxiety Scale(PSAS-CN)to evaluate the anxiety of puerpera,and analyzed the causes of anxiety.Under the guidance of social support theory and cognitive behavioral theory,combined with the needs of Ms.X,the case intervention services for postpartum anxiety relief of primiparas were developed and implemented.The interventional effect of case work is analyzed and the research conclusion is drawn.The results of the scale test showed that after the intervention of case work,the anxiety scale score of the client X was significantly lower than that before the intervention,indicating that the intervention of case work could relieve the anxiety of the primiparas to some extent.The qualitative research results showed that after the intervention of case work,the service object Ms.X felt the support and understanding from her family and peers,and her anxiety was relieved.Combined with the results of the scale test and qualitative evaluation,the research conclusion is that the interventional study of case work guided by the theory of social support and cognitive behavior has a certain effect on relieving the anxiety of primiparas.Finally,the author summarizes and discusses this intervention service for the convenience of subsequent researchers. |
