| The concept of "knowledge changes destiny" has been widely spread and accepted by the public.The education level in backward rural areas is limited,but more and more rural famili es hope that their children can receive a good education.In addition,the economic conditions of rural families are gradually increasing.With the improvement of locality,more and more r ural families choose to go to the city to accompany their studies under the influence of various factors.Accompanying students have a growing trend in our country and have gradually bec ome an issue of general concern.In the accompanying family,it is the mother who pays more for the family.Accompanying mothers must not only take care of their children’s daily life,b ut also face a series of problems related to their children,themselves and their families.In par ticular,it is not uncommon for rural mothers to go to cities to accompany them.They are faci ng more problems.With the increase in accompany pressure,changes in the surrounding envir onment,changes in family relationships and lack of coping ability,the anxiety of accompanyi ng mothers is increasing.Appear and have a negative impact on their lives,and in the long ru n it will have a negative impact on individuals,families and society.This article takes the accompanying mothers of L school in S City,Anhui Province as the r esearch object.Through data compilation and field investigation,the current situation of the a ccompanying mothers and the emotional anxiety they face are analyzed.Analyze the problem s and actual needs of accompanying mothers,starting from the perspective of social work,bas ed on the ABC theory and social support theory,using group work methods to help them ratio nally understand accompanying children,establish a support network,and achieve the purpos e of alleviating anxiety.First,introduce the background,purpose and significance,definitio n of concept,literature review,theoretical basis and research methods of this research.The se cond part is a survey of the status quo of accompanying mothers,mainly including the survey place and the basic situation of accompanying mothers.The third part analyzes the characteri stics and causes of the anxiety of accompanying mothers and evaluates their needs.The fourt h part introduces the practical process of group work methods involved in the anxiety relief of accompanying mothers,including feasibility analysis,preparation and implementation of gro up activities,and evaluation of intervention results.The fifth part draws research conclusions and makes suggestions from many parties.On this basis,the group work research method is a dopted,and group goals and implementation plans are formulated.Under the guidance of soci al support theory and ABC theory,the group goals are achieved through six group activities.Finally,the service effect of the group activities is evaluated,and the experience and shortcom ings of the group activities involved in the anxiety relief of the accompanying mothers are su mmarized,and suggestions are made,hoping to be helpful in coping with the anxiety of the ac companying mothers.Through research,it can be concluded that the group social work method is suitable for all eviating the anxiety and emotional problems of accompanying mothers.Accompanying moth ers can establish a support network in the group,understand their anxiety rationally through gr oup activities,and get help from others by participating in group activities,learn the relevant s kills of rational emotion therapy in the group,and learn the methods and skills to cope with an xiety,thereby alleviating The anxiety generated by accompanying students can better adapt to life.At the same time,the relief of anxiety depends not only on individual efforts,but also c ommunities and professional social work organizations.They should also use social work met hods to make the formal support network and informal support network of accompanying mot hers cooperate with each other,so that they can be effective.Better development. |
