The course ’Ethics and the Rule of Law’ is the core and important venue for schools to carry out legal education and ideological and moral education.With the continuous promotion of quality education and the new curriculum reform,how to fully utilize the new textbooks to make the middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" classroom efficient and interesting,and cultivate students’ core competencies such as political identity,rule of law concepts,and sense of responsibility has become a question that ideological and political teachers need to focus on.Classroom interaction is a process of interaction between "teaching" and "learning" in teaching,which is conducive to improving the classroom effect of the middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" course,To achieve the core literacy goals of the discipline and the purpose of quality education.This article focuses on the application of interactive teaching in the middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" course.Through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,and other methods,a survey was conducted on a middle school in Fuping County,Weinan City.Based on the analysis of questionnaire survey data,it was found that there are four problems in the application of interactive teaching in the middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" course in Fuping County,Weinan City.The specific manifestations are: the lack of effectiveness of teaching interaction;Teachers cannot treat students equally in interaction;The willingness of students to participate in interaction is not high;The evaluation method of teaching interaction is single,etc.The main reasons for this are reflected in four aspects: the lag in the concept of teaching interaction;Insufficient professional literacy of teachers;Insufficient understanding of students’ thinking;Incomplete interactive teaching evaluation system,etc.In order to improve the effectiveness of interactive teaching in the middle school "Morality and Rule of Law" course,based on analyzing the problems and reasons,the following improvement suggestions are proposed: changing traditional teaching concepts and enriching interactive forms;Enhance educational and teaching abilities,enrich interactive content;Enhance students’ learning awareness and stimulate interactive interest;Establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to enhance interactive effects.In the end,design specific teaching cases based on interactive teaching by analyzing the curriculum standards,textbooks,learning situation,teaching objectives,and key and difficult points of specific courses.
