Research On Strengthening Rule Of Law Education In Teaching Morality And Rule Of Law In Junior High Schools

When the rule of law thrives,the country thrives;when the rule of law is strong,the country is strong.Insisting on strengthening education on the rule of law is not only conducive to promoting the continuous improvement of the overall quality of our nationals,but also to advancing the process of building a state based on the rule of law and the construction of a socialist society based on the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.Classroom teaching is the main venue for rule of law education activities,so strengthening rule of law education in morality and rule of law classes helps junior high school students’ rule of law literacy to be continuously improved and promotes an important channel for their own all-round development,and can also cultivate a well-rounded team of talents to prepare for a strong socialist modernization.In this paper,through analyzing the research results on strengthening rule of law education in junior high schools at home and abroad,and combining the practical experience of teaching in the process of education practice,we investigate the current situation of carrying out rule of law education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high schools,analyze the survey data to find the main problems,and find the reasons for them according to the problems found,and then scientifically analyze the reasons and put forward scientific and This article is based on a survey of the current situation and the reasons for the problems.This article is based on the research idea of "investigate the current situation-find the problems-analyse the causes-propose countermeasures".This paper is based on the research idea of "investigate the current situation-identify the problems-analyse the causes-propose countermeasures",to study the rule of law education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior high school.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the background of the study on rule of law education,the theoretical and practical significance of this study,the current situation of the research on rule of law education at home and abroad,the research ideas and research methods adopted to carry out this topic,and the innovation and shortcomings of this study on the basis of an in-depth analysis of the current situation of the study;the second part is about the definition of the concept of rule of law education,the theoretical basis of the topic and the strengthening of moral and legal education in junior high school,The third part is a survey and analysis of the actual situation of rule of law education in the classroom teaching of Morality and the Rule of Law in junior high schools,using questionnaires,interviews and observations to investigate the current situation of rule of law education in classroom teaching.The following problems exist in rule of law education: superficial teaching objectives,vague teaching contents,single teaching method and insufficient teachers’ level of rule of law education,etc.The fourth part is based on the theoretical research results in the second part and the investigation and analysis in the third part,and analyses the main reasons behind these problems.In the fourth part,based on the theoretical research results in the second part and the investigation and analysis in the third part,we propose strategies to address the problems in terms of clarifying the teaching objectives of rule of law education,enriching the teaching contents of rule of law education,innovating the teaching methods of rule of law education and improving the educators’ literacy in rule of law.It is also hoped that it can provide some useful reference for the development of the teaching of "morality and the rule of law" in junior high schools and for front-line teachers to carry out rule of law education activities.
