In September 2019,Suggestions on Strengthening the Construction of Ideological and Political Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era presented by five departments including the Ministry of Education emphasized that to encourage ideological and political teachers in primary and secondary schools to enhance the research on the growth law of student and teaching reform,actively promote case,inquiry,experiential and interactive teaching,establish a teaching reform model,as well as inspire teachers to focus on education effectiveness and work hard at their teaching skills mean the necessity for those teachers to strengthen teaching method reform as well as the importance of applying case,inquiry and interactive teaching.The moral and legal courses in junior high school,an important part of the new curriculum reform,have played an important role in promoting the morality and overall quality development of students.Therefore,ideological and political teachers in the new era must reform corresponding teaching methods,while interactive teaching can not only improve the teaching effectiveness of moral and legal courses,but also develop the personality and innovation consciousness of students,thereby promoting their all-round development,so it has become increasingly popular.Surveys and interviews were adopted to learn about the application situation of interactive teaching in moral and legal classes,and some problems were identified,mainly including inadequate class design,insufficient motivation of students in class,and poor school environment for interactive teaching,which were largely resulted by the understanding limitations of teachers towards teacher-student interaction teaching,insufficient enthusiasm of students in moral and legal classes,and the hysteretic nature of school teaching management.In view of these problems,the research puts forward corresponding optimization strategies fro m many aspects.At the teacher level,we should establish scientific teaching concepts,update teaching resources and methods,and respect students’ individual differences.At the student level,they should update their own learning concepts,enhance their learning ability and selfcontrol,and build a democratic and harmonious relationship with teachers.At the school lev el,the teaching evaluation mechanism reform should be implemented,and the school environmental transformation should be strengthened to promote the research of interactive te aching method.so as to better solve practical problems existing in the interactive teaching of moral and legal classes in junior high schools,and improve its effectiveness.
