With deepening the reform of the new curriculum continually, interactive teaching method has positive significance in promoting the individual development and vitality in class and has become one of the most effective ways and methods. However, in fact, the problems of inefficient and ineffective classroom interaction exist in the way of interactive teaching for ideological and moral lesson in junior high school, caused by teachers'ignoring or neglecting the needs of interaction from students. This article attempts to reconsider interactive teaching method in a new angle of the generating the interactive needs of students, analyze deeply the different factors of influencing the generating interactive needs, enhance the understanding of effective interaction, investigate the strategy to promote the generating interactive needs. These aim to make the classroom interaction effective, encourage students'thinking active inside and outside the classroom, change students'attitude from passive learning to positive learning, and even to learn creatively to create the community of teacher and students'learning together to pursuit the common developments.This article focuses on three aspects to study:1. The understanding of generating the interactive needs of students in teaching for the ideological and moral lesson in junior high school. It includes the definition of generating the interactive needs of students, that is, general performance and substantial contents. Based on teachers' understanding of the characteristic of ideological and moral lesson's atmosphere, the generating interactive needs fully respect the physical and mental developments of students of different ages, life experience, cognitive features to develop the equal dialogue with students, give students'rights to speak which helps to build a learning platform for students, create a flexible and autonomous learning atmosphere, inspire students interests, motivation and creativity of learning and other elements of internal interactive needs. It guides students to take part in the learning activity voluntarily, actively, positively and even provides room for development with every student. It concerns three-dimensional interactive activity of teacher, student and group of students, deepens the interactive contents, focuses on interaction in cognition, emotion, value and behavior to form community of teacher and students'learning to realize the ideal state that teaching benefits both teacher and student alike.2. Analysis of current situation and affected factors of generating the interactive needs of students for the ideological and moral lesson in junior high school. The current problems of zero-need, false-need, hidden-need and superficial-need exist in the class interaction for the ideological and moral lesson. We need to analyze deeply the related factors which affect the generating interactive needs of students in class, considering the teaching practice. The interactive needs are affected by the organizer, contents, situation and students themselves.3. The strategies of promoting the generating interactive needs of students for the ideological and moral lesson in junior high school.(1) Establish the student-centered educational philosophy hard, create more chances to achieve more common understanding for teacher and students, respect the subjectivity of students, focus on students'self-experience and self-perception, and emphasize to build the new method of learning.(2) Design the interactive contents which close to the students'real life elaborately, based on the real starting point of students. Creating diverse interactive situation inspires students'learning interest and needs to take part in the interaction.(3) Develop the awareness of interactive occasion, control the interactive occasion instantly and promote it to be far-reaching.(4) Create a comfortable and natural atmosphere in class, set up a flexible situation in class with the help of multi-media technique to mold new style of teacher's image and advocate the harmonious and safe emotion.(5) Adjust the interactive procedure reasonably, optimize the interactive needs of students, develop the interactive activity orderly by standardizing it, make interaction always focus on the themes by controlling the direction of interaction, emphasis interactive evaluation to inspire students'initiative of taking part in the interaction.
