Education is the great plan of the country and the Great Plan of the Party,Xi said.The most important issue in education is "who to train,how to train and for whom to train".As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we must take it as our sacred mission to train New People in the socialist era and to train people with all-round development.The National Education Conference in 2018 brought "Labor Education" into the educational policy and ushered in a new era of "moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor" education,it is also the value guide of personal growth to serve national economic and social development.The ideological and political course in senior high school is one of the main ways of moral education,and it is the key course for moral education.Giving full play to the advantages of cross-disciplinary coordination in educating people,integrating ideological and political courses into Labor elements,deepening the education of labor concepts and creating an integrated classroom while conducting knowledge-point explanation and discussion,let the youth heart to plant the most glorious 'labor the greatest seeds,develop a correct concept of labor.This article is divided into three parts to describe the application of Labor education into high school ideological and political courses:The first part analyzes the connotation and theoretical basis of labor education,specifically analyzes the significance of labor education,moral education,intellectual education,physical education,aesthetic education.The second part discusses the possibility and necessity of the integration of labor education into senior high school ideological and political courses.This paper points out the common moral education function of the two,and analyzes the explicit and implicit knowledge points containing labor education element.The third part is the concrete case analysis of the integration of labor education into the ideological and political course in senior high school.
