In March 2020,the state issued the "opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in primary and secondary schools in the new era",and in 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the "guidelines for the implementation oflaboreducation in primary and secondary schools(Trial)".The introduction of a series of documents not only reflects the importance of labor education at the national level,but also highlights the importance of strengthening labor education for students in the new era.High school stage is the key stage of students’ growth and development,and it is the key period of shaping students’ correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.High school ideological and political course is the key course to implement the task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Labor education,as the due meaning of high school ideological and political course teaching,can help students in the key stage and period if it can be continuously strengthened on the original basis Forming correct labor consciousness,improving labor ability and cultivating good labor habits will lay a solid foundation for students’ future development.Therefore,to strengthen the research and discussion of labor education in high school ideological and political teaching has become an important topic of the times.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the author investigates the current situation of labor education in the process of high school ideological and political teaching,and finds that labor education in high school ideological and political teaching has achieved certain results.Firstly,labor education has become one of the important contents of high school ideological and political teaching;secondly,the foundation of labor education in high school ideological and political teaching is more solid.But there are also some problems,such as the high school ideological and political class is limited by the traditional teaching mode,the lack of effective evaluation method of labor education in high school ideological and political class teaching,and the lack of self-consciousness of in-depth interpretation of labor values for high school ideological and political class teachers.In order to better solve the current dilemma,we need to analyze the reasons behind the dilemma in the final analysis.After investigation and thinking,we find that these reasons are:the influence of traditional exam oriented education is more lasting,the evaluation system of labor education is not complete,and the professional support and guarantee ability is lack.In order to better strengthen the labor education in high school ideological and political teaching,according to the problems found in the survey,the author puts forward the corresponding targeted solutions,namely:grasp the macro requirements,clear and strengthen the key points;combined with the characteristics of the discipline,help the method innovation;strengthen the mechanism construction,promote the improvement of evaluation;enhance the ability of teachers,pay attention to the cultivation of team. |
