| In order to reduce the excessive pressure on students in the compulsory education stage to study cultural courses,further enhance their physical health,and promote their comprehensive development,the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework and Off campus Training Burden of Students in the Compulsory Education Stage"(referred to as the "Double Reduction" policy)in 2021,which was quickly implemented in primary and secondary schools across China.After the implementation of the "double reduction" policy,sports have quickly become the focus of attention from all walks of life,and schools,parents,and even the entire society have attached more importance to sports than ever before.In this context,how to connect families,schools,and communities,promote the development of physical education and promote the healthy growth of students,has increasingly attracted people’s attention.Based on this,this study used research methods such as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,and field investigations to study the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education under the background of the "double reduction" policy.This article analyzes the current situation of the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education,identifies the existing problems,explores the construction of a model for the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education,and proposes strategies to promote the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education.The research conclusions are as follows:Through a survey of the current situation of the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education under the background of the "double reduction" policy,it is found that the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education has not yet formed,and there are few times of joint sports activities between families,schools,and communities,making it difficult to form a joint sports activity atmosphere.Under the background of the "double reduction" policy,there are mainly the following problems in the integration of primary school physical education "home school community" :the poor foundation of "home school community" leads to a weak foundation for integrated development;The stagnation of communication between "families,schools,and communities" has led to difficulties in integrating development and integration;The incomplete mechanism of "family school community" leads to the lack of support for integrated development;The shortage of resources in "family school community" has led to insufficient support for integrated development.The construction of the integrated model of "home school community" in primary school physical education mainly includes: the determination of the participants in the integrated model of "home school community" in primary school physical education;The construction of an integrated model of "home school community" in primary school physical education;The operational mechanism of the integration of "home school community" in primary school physical education.The strategy of promoting the integration of primary school physical education "family school community" under the background of the "double reduction" policy: improving policies and mechanisms,highlighting government guidance;Plan the management process and strengthen school organization;Promote the integration of "family school community" and achieve joint construction,governance,and sharing;Clarify the rights and responsibilities of "family school community" and clarify the positioning of the tripartite functions;Strengthen tripartite connections and harmonize the "family school community" relationship. |
