A Case Study On The Practical Paths Of The "Family-School-Community" In Promoting Youth Sports Participation From The Perspective Of The "Double Reduction" Policy

In recent years,Guangfulin Sub-district in Shanghai has actively implemented national education policies and vigorously promoted the youth sports participation model of "family-school-community" linkage,creating good conditions for sports activities for young people.In this study,the empirical research on the " family-schoolcommunity" mode of teenagers in Guangfulin Street,Shanghai is carried out through the relative methods Taking the teenagers in the ten communities under the jurisdiction of the street as a whole to conduct a case analysis,and explore the development of the " family-school-community" linkage in Guangfulin Street through four dimensions of youth’s sports participation cognition and participation indicators.The survey found that teenagers in this street have good sports awareness,and more than 70% of teenagers participate in sports activities more than five times a week.Among weekly physical activities,participate in an average of once a week in family-organized sports and at least once a month in community-organized sports.There is also positive interaction between family sports and school sports.The interaction between families and school communities is good,and a family-schoolcommunity linkage model has basically been formed with the school as the center and the family-based community as the auxiliary and supplementary.At the same time,teenagers in Guangfulin Street lack initiative in participating in sports activities,and the sports options are limited.It is a common phenomenon that they cannot choose sports according to their own interests.Teenagers continue to be oriented by examoriented education and participate in exams.Participating in sports exams,excessive pursuit of sports exam results and other bad intentions,schools,families,and communities pay attention to the form of sports activities rather than quality when carrying out sports activities.The community,as a unit with jurisdiction,has not fully played its role,and has not adopted some incentive mechanisms to carry out the joint operation of young peop le’s participation in sports activities in schools,families,and communities.Regarding the current situation,the author draws on the "home-school-community" linkage mode l developed by the other powerful sports countries,combined with my country’s sports environment and the current situation of Guangfulin Street in Shanghai,and gives the following suggestions:Family-School-community co-construction of social sports cul ture,home-school-community governance of diversified sports models,family-school-community sharing of sports education resources,under the double reduction policy t o promote youth sports participation in the way of "sharing,co-governance and consul tation",optimize the ’family-school-community’ youth linkage sports model.It is conf irmed that the street’s "double reduction" policy is the basis for the "family-school-co mmunity" task map to promote youth sports participation,the " family-school-commu nity" community model to promote youth sports participation,the path to high-quality youth sports development and the "family-school-community" community’s path to c o-construction,co-construction and co-construction,co-construction and sharing gave his novel view on optimizing the "family-school-community" community to promote youth sports participation in Guangfulin Street.
