Under the background of the Opinions on Further Reducing the homework burden and After-school Training burden of Students in Compulsory Education(hereinafter referred to as the "double reduction" policy),the "home-school community" collaborative education has become a new model.In order to better realize all-round education,so that the family,school,community education subjects to achieve the effect of "1 + 1 + 1> 3" has become the focus of physical education exploration.This study through the mathematical statistics,literature,questionnaire survey,in Shandong province junior middle school "home club" sports collaborative education studies the present situation,analyzes the junior middle school "home club" sports collaborative education dilemma,and through the influence factors analysis,build the Shandong province junior middle school "home club" sports collaborative education path model,in the end,based on the policy of "double reduction" proposed in Shandong province junior middle school "home club" sports collaborative education path.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Based on the policy of "double reduction",Shandong Province has found that the legal system of cooperative education among family,school and community is not perfect;the form is relatively simple,lack of interest;lack of financial support,insufficient site resources;lack of guidance from professional personnel.(2)The four dimensions of family,school,community and students themselves are divided into follows: family sports collaborative education factors are parents’ cognition,parents’ participation,parents ’support and parents’ example.The collaborative factors of school sports are leadership support,teachers’ cognition and comprehensive ability,facility funds,organization management,information feedback;community sports collaborative factors are site funds,organization management,publicity and education;students themselves are interest attitude,sports participation and time arrangement.(3)The fit test and hypothesis test analysis of the path model of "home school club" in Shandong Province under the background of "double reduction" policy.The model fit index conforms to the scope of standardized research,and the path model has a good adaptation.The factors of family sports education factors,school sports education factors and community sports education factors all have a positive influence on the students themselves.(4)By using confirmatory factor analysis on the four dimensions of family,school,community,and students themselves,it was found that the "interest attitude" dimension had the most significant effect among the "students themselves" factors.Among the "factors of family collaborative education",the role of "parental role models" is the most obvious in family collaborative education.The dimension of "organizational management" is the most obvious among the "factors of school collaborative education".Among the "factors of community collaborative education",the role of "site funds" in community collaborative education is the most obvious.(5)Based on the policy of "double reduction",according to the principle of consistency,interaction,integrity and interaction,the proposed proposed... |
