| In 2018,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Education Conference that "the family,the school,the government,and the community all have responsibilities for running a good education." Since 2019,a series of national policy documents have placed a prominent strategic position on the construction of a family-school-community collaborative education mechanism.The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has promoted the family-school-community collaborative education work into a new era,and the family-school-community collaborative education has also become an important measure to promote the construction of high-quality education system in the "double reduction" era.Current exam-oriented education system mechanism has brought great interference to primary and middle school education in our country.The ideas of exam-oriented education,such as "chicken baby","inner test","don’t let kid lose at the starting line","super class advanced learning",have exacerbated the parents’ educational anxiety.A large number of illegal off-campus training institutions exist in the form of invisible mutation,severely damaged the education ecology,making the education into the internal roll "Prisoners’ dilemma".At the same time,the school,the family and the society in the concept of education is not unified,the action is not coordinated,the effect is not ideal and other problems restricting the family,school and community cooperative education need to be solved urgently.It is urgent to establish a long-term family-school-community collaborative education mechanism,optimize the "double reduction" background of the ecological environment of education,in order to achieve the cultivation of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor all-round development of the socialist cause of builders and successors.Therefore,it is of great value and profound significance to study family-schoolcommunity collaborative education under the background of "double reduction".Based on the review of domestic and foreign literature,this study takes the overlapping domain theory,symbiosis theory and synergy theory as the theoretical basis,and comprehensively uses the literature method,questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate and study the current situation of familyschool-community cooperative education in primary schools in G City under the "double reduction" policy,and discusses the current situation of family-school-community cooperative education in primary schools under the "double reduction" policy.It is found that there are four problems including the cognitive deviation of the principal part’ idea of family-school-community cooperative education,the lack of rich system in the practice activities of family-school-community cooperative education,the lack of guarantee and standardization in the organization mechanism of familyschool-community cooperative education,and the insufficient competence of the main body of family-school-community cooperative education.The causes are analyzed from the family level,school level and community level.Finally,from the establishment of goal concept mechanism,the establishment of communication and moving platform mechanism,the establishment of a sound organization guarantee mechanism and the improvement of the subject competency training mechanism,the corresponding optimization path is proposed to explore the construction of familyschool-community cooperative education mechanism,in order to improve the family-schoolcommunity collaborative education effect under the "double reduction" policy,build a good education ecology,promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students. |
