| School physical education is an important basis for national health,and physical education curriculum,as the central link of school physical education,is an important way to implement quality education,promote the integration of physical education and education and cultivate all-round development talents,and is an effective way to promote the harmonious development of physical and mental health of teenagers,establish students’ lifelong physical education concept,and cultivate excellent quality to better adapt to social ability.The promulgation of the double reduction policy has pushed the innovation and development of school physical education curriculum to a new level,and the development of school physical education has also stepped into a new level.This study is based on the background of "double reduction",taking the current situation of physical education curriculum development in 15 primary schools in Xuzhou City as the main research object,and taking some school leaders,physical education teachers,and students of different grades as research subjects.Through research methods such as literature,interview,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,we understand and sort out the current situation of physical education curriculum development in Xuzhou City under the background of "double reduction",analyze its effectiveness and shortcomings Conduct surveys and research on physical education teachers and school physical education development environment,clarify the difficulties and shortcomings faced by physical education curriculum development,and propose corresponding optimization suggestions to high-quality complete the path optimization of school physical education curriculum development from the perspective of "double reduction".The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Each primary school in Xuzhou City can better implement the "double reduction" policy and the relevant requirements of the new curriculum standards,and there have been significant changes in the development of physical education courses before and after the "double reduction".Most school leaders in Xuzhou primary schools pay more attention to physical education courses,but there are some teachers in other subjects who do not have sufficient knowledge of physical education courses.(2)The physical education teachers in primary schools in Xuzhou City are better able to meet the needs of physical education curriculum development,and the professional level of teachers participating in physical education courses is generally high,but there is a high specific similarity rate among physical education teachers.(3)The teaching methods and means of physical education courses in primary schools in Xuzhou City are traditional,the teaching content of physical education courses is unbalanced,lacks diversity,and the level of cohesion at various stages is not strong.(4)Primary school students in Xuzhou have a general attitude towards participating in physical education,and some of their sports needs cannot be met.Their enthusiasm for participating in physical education needs to be strengthened.The physical health of primary school students is not optimistic.(5)The safety supervision system for physical education courses in primary schools in Xuzhou City is relatively reasonable,and the school and teachers and students take various measures simultaneously,which can effectively ensure the physical and mental health of students during physical activities in schools,and also escort the development of physical education courses in schools.(6)The physical education teaching evaluation system in primary schools in Xuzhou City has a phenomenon that the form of physical education teaching evaluation is single and emphasis is placed on summative evaluation.The mutual evaluation process between teachers and students lacks comprehensive evaluation and cannot be comprehensively investigated and evaluated.Based on the policy requirements of "double reduction",the research countermeasures are as follows:(1)Education authorities at all levels in Xuzhou City strengthen supervision and strictly implement the "double reduction" policy.(2)Optimize teaching content,break through traditional teaching methods.(3)Construct a reasonable teacher structure,strengthen the construction of physical education teachers.(4)Focus on the actual needs of students,and improve their enthusiasm for participating in the classroom.(5)Increase the proportion of sports funds invested,expand the sources of sports funds,and strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities.(6)Establish a multiple evaluation mechanism to promote the comprehensive development of students... |
