Research On The Path Of School-enterprise Cooperation To Promote Primary School Physical Education Activities Under The Background Of "Double Reduction"

With the rapid development of the social economy,China is steadily moving towards the goal of becoming a socialist modernized country.To solve this problem,the country has issued a "double reduction" policy,but there are problems such as insufficient school sports resources in the implementation process of the policy.The development of primary school sports education still has a long way to go.At the same time,the state encourages the participation of extracurricular sports resources in school sports construction.How to introduce extracurricular sports resources through cooperation with enterprises and integrate them with school sports resources in the context of "double reduction" has important theoretical significance and practical value for solving the physical health problems of primary school students in China and promoting the high-quality development of primary school sports education.Through literature research,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,field survey and other research methods,this paper takes the situation of school enterprise cooperation in promoting primary school physical education activities as the research object,focusing on the current situation,influencing factors,problems and reasons of school enterprise cooperation in promoting primary school physical education activities,At the same time,drawing on the practical experience of foreign school enterprise cooperation in promoting primary school physical education activities,we will ultimately construct a model and path for promoting primary school physical education activities through school enterprise cooperation under the background of "double reduction".The specific research results are as follows:(1)Under the background of "double reduction",the overall situation of promoting primary school physical education activities through school enterprise cooperation is average,with a relatively small number of projects and diverse forms of implementation.The main focus is on government funded purchases.Although some results have been achieved,the expected results have not been achieved.(2)Under the background of "double reduction",the promotion of primary school physical education activities through school enterprise cooperation is influenced by various factors such as internal and external environment.There are problems in the implementation of relevant policies,cooperation funds,sports facilities,professional level of external teachers,course selection,parental support,and supervision and evaluation system.The reasons for these problems are multifaceted and need to be comprehensively considered.(3)Developed countries in Europe and America have accumulated a lot of experience in implementing primary school physical education activities through school enterprise cooperation.In terms of policy and regulation formulation,establishment of school enterprise partnership,training of coaches,cultivation of social sports organizations,development of campus sports leagues,establishment of guarantee systems,etc.,it is worth learning from.However,excessive commercialization and marketization in the cooperation process require us to be prepared.(4)Through investigation and analysis of the current situation,existing problems,and reasons of promoting primary school physical education activities through school enterprise cooperation under the background of "double reduction",as well as drawing on relevant practical experience from abroad,we aim to build a diversified and integrated cooperation model of government,school,enterprise,and family participation,with the active participation of enterprises and social organizations such as sports training institutions,schools,and families providing support.(5)The path of promoting primary school physical education activities through cooperation between schools and enterprises under the background of "double reduction" :(1)Strengthen policy formulation,publicity and guidance,and promote the implementation of relevant policies.(2)Expand funding channels and increase investment in school enterprise cooperation.(3)Optimize sports venues and supporting facilities to improve venue utilization efficiency.(4)Establish strict industry admission standards and improve the professionalization level of external teachers.(5)Clarify the development needs of primary school physical education and reasonably set up cooperative courses.(6)Strengthen parents’ awareness of school enterprise cooperation and provide necessary support for physical education activities.(7)Improve the cooperation supervision and evaluation system,and improve the quality of school enterprise cooperation.
