Teachers’ occupational identity is the basis for teachers to fulfill their obligations and do their job well.It is closely linked to the professional development of teachers,the healthy growth of students,and the implementation of the country’s strategy of building a strong human resources country.In the process of comprehensively deepening the reform of the education system and promoting the modernization of education and promoting the comprehensive development of students,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "on the further reduction of the burden of student homework during the compulsory education stage and off-school training on July 24,2021 "Affaiced Opinions"(referred to as the "double reduction"policy),and the "double reduction" policy’s proposal reduced the burden of student burden,while regulating the delayed service after-school delay services,and putting forward higher requirements for the professional development and occupational identity of physical education teachers.In order to meet the internal needs of physical education teachers,and promote the long-term development of sports and sports teachers in schools in my country.In this study,through the reality dilemma and promotion path of the professional identification of the primary school sports teacher in Nanjing primary school in the context of the "double reduction" method of the literature law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and mathematical statistical statistics method,it has pushed the construction of sports dynamic teachers and quoted Wei Shuhua As a tool for this study,the psychological test schedule obtains the following conclusions after the investigation: Nanjing Primary School ’s physical education teachers have a high level of professional identification,good overall development trend,and considerable prospects.However,there are significant differences in the general extent of the primary school physical education teachers with different professional titles.Primary school physical education teachers with senior professional titles teachers in the four dimensions of primary school identification are significantly higher than that of middle-level and below.The development of occupational identity has a profound impact.At the same time,the level of salary level also has a significant difference in the general extent of the vocational identification of primary school sports teachers,and the salary level is basically consistent with the sense of occupational identity.Based on this,this article proposes the four realistic dilemma of Nanjing Primary School’s physical education teacher occupation in"positioning distortion","quality disorder","power failure"and"guarantee of position",and finally proposed the"double reduction"In the context,the promotion path of the occupational identity of the primary school sports teacher in Nanjing,the specific content is as follows:(1)strengthen the sense of role and clarify the occupational positioning;(2)abandon traditional桎梏and attach importance to professional quality;Dynamics;(4)Deepen the distribution system and improve occupational security. |
