On October 15,2020,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Physical Education in the New Era,which established the important guidelines for updating education concepts and teaching methods and constantly deepening education and teaching reform.With the promotion of education and teaching reform,optimizing school physical education teaching methods and effectively improving the quality of classroom teaching have become the focus of the reform,and have played a leading role in the teaching practice of physical education in ordinary colleges and universities.At present,the teaching of public physical education in most colleges and universities in China still follows the traditional teaching method.It is impossible to achieve differentiated teaching and individualized guidance,and it is difficult to take into account the comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor.The problems of teaching quality and teaching effect are prominent.Therefore,exploring new sports teaching methods has far-reaching significance to improve and solve the current situation of public sports in colleges and universities.This study applies the dynamic hierarchical teaching method and the traditional teaching method to the teaching of public sports basketball in colleges and universities,and selects 86 students from the 2020 level public sports basketball class of Shandong Normal University as the research object,and carries out a 16-week teaching experiment,aiming at in-depth analysis of the teaching effect of public sports basketball in colleges and universities.The main research methods are literature,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,questionnaires,and experiments.In the experiment,the teaching conditions and teaching rhythm of the two groups of subjects are guaranteed to be the same,and the test results before and after the experiment are compared and analyzed around the multi-angle dimensions of students’ body shape,basic physical quality,basketball special sports technology and technical evaluation scores,students’ psychological cooperation awareness,self-confidence,and participation motivation,The following conclusions are drawn:(1)In terms of body shape and physical quality,through the comparison of the results before and after the experiment,it is found that the body shape of the students in the experimental class and the control class has basically no change(p>0.05),while the basic physical quality indicators of the students in the two classes have improved to varying degrees after the experiment.The improvement effect of the experimental class is better after the application of dynamic stratified teaching method,especially in the 50 meters and standing long jump of speed and explosive force,but there is no significant difference in the comparison of all test results(p>0.05).It can be seen that there is no significant difference in the impact of dynamic stratified teaching method on the physical quality of students.(2)In terms of basketball special technical test and special technical evaluation score test,after the experiment,the test results of the experimental class were better than those of the control group in the test of self-shooting and self-grabbing at 5 points a minute,half-court V-shaped dribbling to and from the basket,and chest forward passing and receiving between runs,and there was a significant difference(p<0.05);Before and after the experiment,the test scores of the students in the experimental class were significantly better than those in the control class.There was a very significant difference before and after the experiment(p<0.01).Therefore,the dynamic hierarchical teaching method was more conducive to improving the students’ basketball special technical level than the traditional teaching method.(3)In terms of the teaching effect of public sports basketball class,the dynamic hierarchical teaching method has a positive impact on students’ sports attitude.Its teaching effect is reflected in that it can effectively enhance students’ self-confidence in sports,effectively improve students’ motivation in sports and effectively promote students’ participation.Compared with the control class,the experimental class students’ interest in basketball and their enterprising degree of active practice after class have significant advantages,that is,there is a significant difference(p<0.05).(4)In terms of the basic cognitive level of teaching methods,students’ basic cognitive level of dynamic hierarchical teaching method is good,and the cooperative ability of students in the experimental class has been significantly improved before and after the experiment,and the emotional experience of teachers and students in all aspects has been promoted,and the classroom atmosphere is also more effective.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the dynamic hierarchical teaching method is more conducive to improving students’ learning cooperation ability and the mutual communication ability between teachers and students.
