Volleyball has a broad mass base in our country.As one of the three kinds of public physical education balls in colleges and universities,volleyball is popular among college students.It is the backbone of physical education teaching in colleges and universities.At present,Chinese colleges and universities mainly use the traditional teaching method and adopt the "step by step" teaching method for all students.College students come from different parts of the country,each of them has different learning ability,physical development level,physical and mental development law,different needs for learning,there are obvious differences in the basic level of volleyball,thus affecting the effect of students’ daily volleyball learning.This study organically combines the dynamic stratified teaching method with volleyball teaching,aiming to study whether this teaching method has the effect of promoting the learning of college students’ volleyball public physical education class.To improve students’ interest in volleyball,provide reference for the feasibility study of dynamic stratified teaching method in sports,help students master volleyball technology and skills,and cultivate the ability of lifelong physical exercise.In this study,the teaching experiment was carried out in the teaching of volleyball public sports course in Guangdong Baiyun University.Combining with the characteristics of volleyball teaching,the dynamic stratified teaching method was adopted.A total of 126 students were randomly selected from two classes of volleyball public sports course in Guangdong Baiyun University.According to the teaching syllabus of public sports course,teaching schedule arrangement and the characteristics of volleyball project,a 16-week(32 class hours)teaching experiment was carried out to grasp the key and difficult points of teaching and effectively control the teaching progress in the teaching of volleyball public sports course.Finally achieve the purpose of improving the teaching quality,and strive to improve the students’ learning effect of volleyball course.The research is mainly carried out by various methods such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and teaching experiment,and in-depth research and analysis are carried out on the related research contents in aspects such as internal laws of teaching,teaching characteristics and teaching effectiveness.Before the experiment,volleyball experts and professors were consulted,and the two groups of students were evaluated in terms of their basic physical shape,special physical quality and non-intellectual factors before and after the experiment.The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.By dividing students at the same level into the same group and making dynamic adjustment after stage assessment,dynamic stratification teaching method can greatly increase students’ learning enthusiasm and good competition among students at the same level.The learning atmosphere of the experimental class is better than that of the control class.2.Dynamic stratified teaching method can pay more attention to students in the teaching process,which is conducive to stimulating students’ learning motivation,interest and self-confidence.The teaching effect is good.3.Through the experimental study,the test scores of the front two-handed volleyball pad technique,front two-handed passing technique and serving technique of the experimental class were significantly better than those of the control class,and the scores of the experimental class and the control class showed a significant difference P<0.01.4.After the experiment,students’ evaluation of the teaching effect of the dynamic stratified teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method in the aspects of individualized teaching,conforming to psychological characteristics and improving volleyball skills.In volleyball study,students have higher recognition of dynamic stratification teaching method. |
