With the changes in economic and social development,my country’s education needs to implement the new development concept and comprehensively deepen the education reform in the new era.However,the teaching methods of public physical education courses in colleges and universities are still dominated by traditional teaching methods.The teaching methods are relatively simple,lack of teaching interest and students’ subjectivity,and it is easy to ignore the individual differences of students,which further causes a large gap in students’ learning ability and motivation.As a result,the quality of physical education teaching is not high.In view of the current teaching situation,how to improve the teaching quality of public physical education has become the focus of scholars.Therefore,this paper applies the "dynamic stratified teaching method" to the teaching of public sports basketball in colleges and universities to study the experimental effect.This paper adopts the method of literature,experiment,mathematical statistics,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,and selects 68 male students who are not majoring in physical education in the public sports basketball class of Nanning Institute of Technology as the experimental objects,of which 34 people in the experimental group implement dynamic.The stratified teaching method was used for teaching,and 34 people in the control group were taught by the traditional teaching method,and a 14-week teaching experiment was carried out.Through the analysis of the application effect of "dynamic layered teaching method" in the public sports basketball class in colleges and universities,the results show that:(1)Both the dynamic layered teaching method and the traditional teaching method can improve the basic basketball skills of students,but the use of the dynamic layered teaching method is more effective than the traditional teaching method to improve the overall students’ basketball skills.(2)The dynamic layered teaching method can effectively improve the students’ special physical quality in teaching more effectively than the traditional teaching method.It is also observed that the flexibility and coordination of students’ bodies have an important impact on basketball learning.(3)Compared with traditional teaching,dynamic stratified teaching can actively change students’ attitude towards exercise,which is mainly reflected in the significant improvement in students’ behavioral attitude,goal attitude,behavioral intention,emotional experience,and active standards,which is more in line with students’ physical and mental health development.Features.(4)The dynamic layered teaching method can improve the overall students’ comprehensive ability in a balanced way,And in the evaluation of teaching method,process,classroom atmosphere,teaching effect,etc,the affirmation given by students to the dynamic layered teaching method is obviously higher than that of the traditional teaching method. |
